The only good thing was The front desk staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was great as well.

It was good for the price

Good location. Decent curb appeal. During my stay, the shower did not work. I took a bath instead. The breakfast consists of carbs, waffles, and biscuits. No protein, eggs, or breakfast meat.

The reason I only rated my stay good was that Expedia screwed up my reservation, and the property couldn’t honor my actual reservation. So I’m pretty annoyed that the whole reason I made a reservation was tossed out the window, and all I got was empty apologies from the property and Expedia.

The carpets in the first room had a strong damp, musty odor, as if they had been water damaged. The air conditioner leaked continuously for approximately 14 hours before it was addressed. A few days later, the toilet overflowed, and I was moved to another room. The second room had hard flooring, but the air conditioner barely cooled past the first bed, making the rest of the room uncomfortable. The bathroom door was literally falling apart, which reflected the poor condition of the room. The laundry room was also disappointing. Only the dryer was operational, making it difficult for guests staying for extended periods. There were also groups of people frequently hanging out in the breezeways and outside the rooms, which made the property feel less secure and less welcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here, especially for business travelers or anyone expecting a clean, well-maintained property.

I knew I made a mistake booking this terrible place, nothing in there worked. I ran out of it as soon as early morning came, could not even take my shower there. It was really bad! It almost ruined the fun of our road trip but we never allowed it. How any company would charge that high and provide such terrible property condition, amenities and service is so surprising to me. There are way better and even cheaper hotels all around, I got misled by the reviews.

This was a wonderful stay for my son and I. The bed was comfy and room was cold! There were a lot of people staying, but it was very calm and peaceful! The front desk staff were so kind, friendly and helpful!

We requested a non-smoking room, but the smoking area was right outside of the room. The smoke all got sucked in by the air conditioner, and the room stunk of smoke. The room was dirty, especially the floor, my wife’s white socks turned black from walking around in the room. The shower wall was cracked and patched poorly.

Room had stains all everywhere. Not clean. Took the room most of night to cool down. Not what advertised by pictures.

Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. Disgusting room. There was blood all over the carpet and bathroom floor. I could not sleep there one night. I told the front desk and they agreed to give me a refund but when I called back a few days later, the phone just rang and rang. Horrible place. Don't book it. Also, it just feel so creepy like straight out of serial killer movie.

Toilet lid will not stay up. Annoying for us guys. Lots of trash blowing around the outside. Pool is clean. Breakfast is so, so. Property Management are helpful and attentive.

The only suggestion for improvement is that there was no breakfast meat (bacon, or sausage) to go with the eggs as there has been in the past.

Wow! To my surprise this place was great for the price. I will definitely stay again when I return. It was very clean and smelled fresh without the strong fragrance that you sometimes get at hotels.

Will never stay here! Room was HOT even with the AC at 61 all day. Staff was unhelpful! I had to rearra.ge the room just to be able to sleep.

We had to have someone cone work on our toilet twice. There was no way to contact the front desk without flagging someone cleaning rooms or sitting in the lobby and wait. No one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. My husband had to leave his event to come help me contact help the 2nd time the toilet backed up.

Never go or recommend it

The lobby was clean. Our room was set up with toiletries and plenty of towels. Unfortunately, our shower did not work, only the bath. The room was pretty dirty, Especially the bathroom.

Check in was at 3pm. We got to the property at 5pm and the room wasn’t ready. The ladies in the front discussed what they should do in front of the customer via text messaging before coming up with a solution to come back in 20 min so the room could be cleaned. The room was cleaned, it was good for the price for 1 night. Quiet, clean bed, sheets, towels. We appreciated that.
