Days Inn by Wyndham Round Rock

Will never stay here! Room was HOT even with the AC at 61 all day. Staff was unhelpful! I had to rearra.ge the room just to be able to sleep.

We had to have someone cone work on our toilet twice. There was no way to contact the front desk without flagging someone cleaning rooms or sitting in the lobby and wait. No one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. My husband had to leave his event to come help me contact help the 2nd time the toilet backed up.

Never go or recommend it

The lobby was clean. Our room was set up with toiletries and plenty of towels. Unfortunately, our shower did not work, only the bath. The room was pretty dirty, Especially the bathroom.

Check in was at 3pm. We got to the property at 5pm and the room wasn’t ready. The ladies in the front discussed what they should do in front of the customer via text messaging before coming up with a solution to come back in 20 min so the room could be cleaned. The room was cleaned, it was good for the price for 1 night. Quiet, clean bed, sheets, towels. We appreciated that.

Very poorly maintained property.

Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet.

AC no working. Estaba pasando demasiado calor.

The room that we received was pretty spacious for a family of four. There was servaillance parking throughout the hotel.

None. The man receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is very condescending with his phone call. I had bad emergencies and he shows no human concerns for my issue and even joked around. I asked for his name and he said my name is Dayinn. My name is Y-O-U. I was able to successfully cancel due to his harassment and unprofessionalism through booking but you guys beware please.

Beds were comfortable and the water was nice and hot. The A/C unit was problematic in the initial room i was put into. Had to go back and 2nd time to report the same issue before I was moved

Location was great breakfast great coffee was good Had a little trouble with my toilet but it was fine
