Ripped me off

Room was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was that the sheets were not fresh - I noticed I had a couple of blood stains on them. I would still stay again and assume that was just an oversight for this time.
-
Room was clean. Mine was a short overnight, arrived late, left early, so can only say staff were kind, grabbed a bagel for breakfast but there were other hot and cold offerings.
-
Wasn’t perfect but was the best cheap hotel available. Would stay here again. Staff was nice. Bathroom could use some work, bedside lights didn’t work. AC struggled a bit but was cool enough for Texas in the summer, room never got cold.
-
The best part of my stay was the night Clerk was very helpful and apologized for what was wrong. My stay was for three nights and they just couldn't get it right. You don't have to worry about the bed or sheets the smell great and I did sleep well.
-
Property was clean, so was the room, front desk was friendly at check in.

No issues
-
Room was clean but the floor was not. You could tell it had been mopped, but the bottoms of our feet got dirty walking around in the room.
-
The only good thing was The front desk staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was great as well.
-
The staff was very polite and friendly. Also the rooms are very clean and the ac is cold. I don't have anything bad to say

It was good for the price

Has a handicapped shower that is helpful to my husband. I have had other hotels hold a security deposit but when I checked out. However at checkout I was only charged the room charge. This hotel charged me the room charge plus the deposit. They tell me I will be refunded the $30 in 5 to 7 days. Now I have to check back till that happens. Makes me not want to stay here again.
-
Good location. Decent curb appeal. During my stay, the shower did not work. I took a bath instead. The breakfast consists of carbs, waffles, and biscuits. No protein, eggs, or breakfast meat.

Disappointing
-
The reason I only rated my stay good was that Expedia screwed up my reservation, and the property couldn’t honor my actual reservation. So I’m pretty annoyed that the whole reason I made a reservation was tossed out the window, and all I got was empty apologies from the property and Expedia.

The carpets in the first room had a strong damp, musty odor, as if they had been water damaged. The air conditioner leaked continuously for approximately 14 hours before it was addressed. A few days later, the toilet overflowed, and I was moved to another room. The second room had hard flooring, but the air conditioner barely cooled past the first bed, making the rest of the room uncomfortable. The bathroom door was literally falling apart, which reflected the poor condition of the room. The laundry room was also disappointing. Only the dryer was operational, making it difficult for guests staying for extended periods. There were also groups of people frequently hanging out in the breezeways and outside the rooms, which made the property feel less secure and less welcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here, especially for business travelers or anyone expecting a clean, well-maintained property.
