The property staff customer service was horrible. I booked a room that was not available upon arrival. I will never book a room here again.

Apparently there was a leak by the windows and there was damage and mold.

Friendly staff , clean cold room, great breakfast. Lady was very helpful and friendly in the dining area.

Room was in bad shape! Floor tore up, gouged out of floor, room smelled, sink faucet was loose & hot water didn’t work, tv had 2 big white spots ( b/c led crystals were bad), tv cable & internet would cut out 1 of light switches was not on, sheets had stains on them, stains on pillow case & stains all over top cover. Stairs to my room on 3rd floor was crumbling & concrete falling down, so crime tape & wood blocked off stairs & elevator to go up jerked soo bad it was scary! Staff was nice but didn’t tell the truth & would just lie to your face about tv being new & everything you had a problem with had just been replaced New 😆🙄. Roof was crumbling off & wind would blow pieces in parking lot, whole interior smelled like moldy stale old smoke & pee & carpets in hallways were atrocious!!! This place is falling apart & needs soo much ER maintenance that obviously hasn’t been done in years!!! I paid for & was planning on staying for 2 nights but just couldn’t do it b/c it was soo bad & I left after 1 night!!! Only decent things were the breakfast & the pool - which was way tooo small you can’t even “swim” in teenie tiny pool!!! Come on Wyndham, you need to better ASAP!!!

Everything about my stay was nice. The only exception was lack of clean towels & room service. I had to go buy my own & didn't feel like phoning the lovby to say I need the bed made up & clean towels. Somethings should be common sense.

Great bug sign says this is a non smoking facility. The front desk staff smelled like smoke. They went out the back door and reminded me of Marge Simpsons sister and smoked like a chimney. The first room jas a foundation Crack that ran across the floor. The vinyl floor stuck up creating a tripping hazard. Tried to turn on the lights and there was no power. Went back to the front desk and the staff openly complained about the housekeeping staff. Got a different room. It smelled worse than the first room. The entire hotel smelled stale like mold. No stopper for the bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage. They have just implemented a policy of only cleaning the rooms every 3 days. Had to go to the front office for towels. Overall it was my second bad experience with LaQuinta. This hotel smells like mold and I have had a sore throat since I checked out. I am thinking about contacting the health department. You have been warned. Do not stay here.

We enjoyed our saves and the tub was nice

The elevator was outside, and we had to go out and go back inside in order to use the elevator.

Quick and easy check in, had a great night's rest and a great breakfast before heading out.

Dont even bother booking here! It's under renovations and it's trashy! The pool is beyond gross!

The hotel was very poorly maintained. The pool was filthy. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The hallways were filthy and smelled terrible. The room was damp and hot, because the AC barely worked. The elevator barely worked and was in poor condition. I can’t believe it passed its recent inspection. The staff was very nice. But, after seeing all the issues with the property, I had no confidence that they would or could address the issues. The issues are clear. There is no way they don’t already know. So, I just let them know on the way out. I’m not angry or anything, but I’ve literally stayed in nicer motels. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
