Big tub

Everything was great, except our final day when it was almost time for checkout. It was 10:30ish, a worker just walks right into our room no knocking or anything to let us know. I’m sure it was house keeping but this guy didn’t even knock just walked right on in, thankfully i had the bathroom door closed while i was changing. Checkout isn’t until 11, there’s absolutely no reason someone should have walked into our room unannounced.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful when checking in.

The room was clean and updated with a jacuzzi tub. The staff at check in were so hospitable and nice. Asked if we had any questions and were truly a joy to interact with.

If you have the opportunity to not stay in this place, do it it’s dirty. I stay on this place two times and the two times was really dirty. The rooms, bad stains everywhere dirty dust, and hair everywhere. and I stay on this place cause I didn’t have option. It was a closer to get to my work and those two weeks but never again then I ask for a discount cause everything was so dirty and they didn’t wanna give me none

This property was a good choice for our one day tell to Austin. AC and traffic noise so not for light sleepers. Breakfast was adequate for our boys. Would book again.

There were ants on the floor in the bathroom and in the towels

The inside of the building and our room was well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. The front desk clerk worked hard to make sure I had a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. The exterior of the building was being worked on (maintenance) and it was very messy outside (supplies in parking spots, and trash around entrance way). Not a big thing, but caused a bit of difficultly getting in/out of the building with a handicapped person and bags.

Nice, clean location

Location, was the best part. So many places to eat within a few miles so did not have to use the freeway much. And it is right on the freeway so it made longer trips a lot easier. And my kid loved the breakfast. Everything was good and as expected. But I did not know we did not get the room clean and fresh towels daily. I had to get new towels, and it was not a problem just did not know it was not provided daily.

All the staff was very attentive and welcoming check in and check out was smooth.As for the breakfast it was great.Thank to the staff for making my stay awesome and I will stay here again.I give my stay a 10 out of 10 and I have nothing negative to say about this property,good experience with self parking,affordable hotel and my stay.👍🙌

I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, police were already in the lobby dealing with an incident involving another person . As a woman traveling alone, this was not a reassuring first impression. The first room I was given was unacceptably dirty: the sheets and pillows appeared dirty, there was visible dust, stained mirrors, extremely dirty floors, and the bathroom had mold and smelled like urine. The hallway carpets were also filthy, with visible dirt and pet hair, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. I also noticed white powder placed along the edges of several room doorways that appeared to be some type of pest treatment. I immediately requested another room and was moved to the third floor. The second room was also extremely dirty. At that point, I was exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed because I was in Austin for a serious family emergency. I simply needed somewhere to sleep. I ended up placing my own bath towel over the bed so I could sleep on it. I did this during my six-night stay. No paying guest should ever feel that this is necessary in a hotel room.

It was clean. One thing that I did not like about the room was that the room did not have Drawers where I could put my clothes in. I had to put them on top of the table.

Rooms were awful we had to switch rooms once. Beds gave us both a backache. There was no housekeeping. We were given one soap, one coffee, one toilette paper. When we called for supplies we had to go ourselves to the front desk to get anything. The front desk, except one lady was not that friendly. There was a courtesy bag with water that we did not receive and when I mentioned it the staff ignored me. We asked if the tvs had wifi. We were told they would find out, but we were never told the results. There was a cochroach at our door.

Everything was great except (see below) Water pressure was non existent - need to do something to resolve that issue. Customers do not appreciate taking forever to take a shower due to water pressure.

I got a room in ground floor, floor wasn’t carpeted, which I was okay if it was clean and mopped at least. Switch board in restroom was broken, room was very smelly, I think it was coming from restroom. Breakfast was okay and staffs were okay too, but I don’t think I will be staying here again.
