Staff was wonderful. Check in was easy. Only reason for 4-stars instead of 5 the 3 floor hallways smelled. Rooms did not.

I called the front desk, and the employee came up to hand me the key to the new room, but he didn’t offer any help or even a luggage cart. We had to pack everything ourselves and haul it from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor in the middle of the night. When we got up there, the hallway was dirty too, and I have photos of that as well. They gave us a breakfast voucher and moved us, but that doesn’t fix a cockroach crawling up my leg or the condition of the hallway. Management said they’d “take care of it,” but nothing was documented and nobody followed up. We won’t be coming back.

The hotel is lovely and staff was great. The room looked nice but we had our cat with us. She went under the bed and found a corn on the cob under there. The lady said the maids probably just missed it. It looked like it was missed for months. It had turned gray and shriveled. Then we found another one while removing the first one. I think they need new maids or train them better so they know how to clean correctly. They gave us breakfast vouchers to make up for it which was nice but I don't know if I want to stay there again.

Staff are the friendliest I have come across - from the lovely lady at the Starbucks station to the staff at the front desk. They go above and beyond. Spotless and clean.
