I had a very disappointing stay. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, which left it feeling damp and unpleasant. The room had a bad odor upon arrival, and the couch was stained and looked dirty. Because of the poor condition of the room, I wanted to leave, but the staff refused to refund my money. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The elevator on the left was broken I believe, at least it never moved causing long waits at certain times, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was inoperable. The flush handle on the men's bathroom near the breakfast area was inoperable and I needed to take the top of toilet off and manually push the bar down on the inside to flush it. The cleaning staff was helpful when I asked them for towels and trash bags so I could swap my dirty stuff out. The room was very big and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Maybe some bacon for breakfast would have been nice

Great property ! Felt at home.

My room was on the top floor and REALLY quiet. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. When I walked in the room there was a slight odor.

Emily and Vee were amazing. They cared about the issues we had with our A/C (which required a room change) and the lack of hot water. The location was convenient to restaurants, etc. We used the pool, and that was great! We did not eat breakfast (we have Celiac disease). The lobby was a nice place to hang with friends and family. Overall happy with our stay.

Location was great , all staff was wonderful, great prices, enjoyed the pool and all the above , always comfortable
