In the Morning, breakfast was not as stated on the online notification I received. Coffee and cups had ran out. Another lady at front desk was also not available and was not aware coffee and cups were out. Staff needs to be aware, friendly, and welcoming.

Elevators were not working so I had to carry all my luggage upstairs. Counter was dirty and there was a bread bag inside one of the cabinets. When it was time to shower, i pulled the shower curtain back and noticed a dry/ hard washcloth hanging at the top of the shower curtain.

Location and staff was very friendly. It was not a dirty smell but just stale smell. We bought some fabreez and it helped with the smell. Maybe just a few upgrades but other than that it was good.

Everything was perfect even the process to extend my stay. My only complaint wqs the elevator was down. The hotel has no control over this and I needed the exercise anyway.

The location It was dirty and it smelled like sweat. The sheets were not clean. The receptionist charged me twice even after I told her that I had already paid with booking and she was very rude and disrespectful telling me that I didn’t pay even after I show her the booking confirmation.

Forgetting to book 2 nights instead of 2 lol

The location is good. The facilities were good. The mattress was not comfortable. Breakfast options can be improved.

Hotel smells, barley any pillows had more last stay, need better bathrm toiletries, lime body wash, yall need to do better

Smelled like smoke(cigarettes) all over People walking all times of night The room had old rusty refrigerators and stove and no utensils to cook with , floor had rips in carpet and the door looked like it wouldn’t lock all the way

Staff was not helpful, for stick in the elevator, tripped over flower bush leaves and fell on the sidewalk and hurt my back hip knee and toe And was not offered or told about senior discount

It was basically like stating in a motel 6, good for price but yeah it’s a motel
