La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Round Rock

The A/C in the room was so noisy all night. It seems they didn’t do maintenance the A/C properly so the room was so humid.

All was good no complaints at all. We will stay here again!

They try to keep the deposit for two nights, dishonest ownership, Beijing a Wy

Nice location and staff. Lobby and breakfast/hang area very nice. My room however didn’t receive the same attention. Very dated and looked dirty but I’m sure it wasn’t. It was simply run down and in need of gut job. Odd smell too but luckily it didn’t follow me out of the room. Great price but I would now pay a tad more for a better hotel.

It’s rare that a LaQuinta disappoints for a one night stay while traveling. This one, as usual was great. Maybe even a little better than some. Big room. Easy parking. Nice complete breakfast. Only disappointment was not getting the room we asked for: King with walk-in shower. We got placed in a King room with a standard tub. It wasn’t our preference but we managed okay.

Excellent experience!! The staff is fantastic! We will be back!!

The a/c was off when entered the room the carpet was torn in multiple areas, a whole in the restroom that was poorly patched and the pillows were small..For it to be La Quinta I was disapointed in the property..

I’ve stayed here twice now with my dog while on work trips and we really like this hotel. It’s well maintained and the front desk lady is always so kind and helpful. One of my big things is that the towels are real people sized and not too small to cover your body. The beds are comfy too. I do wish the pet charge was a little less than $25 a night but this is one of the better affordable options here in Round Rock. We will be back.

Staff was helpful, when I requested a different room for our second night. Breakfast was adequate. They have coffee available all day.

Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. The elevator didn’t run very smoothly and didn’t come to the floor when button pushed. AC unit in room didn’t work very well and was loud.

- breakfast here was excellent, great selection - rooms were acceptable and beds comfortable - excellent affordable rates - great selection of nearby restaurants and shopping options CONS - sketchy people in vicinity (or staying there) - broken elevator at the time of visit, only option was to take the stairs - front desk lady not very friendly I still think that the pros outweigh the cons. Definitely will consider staying here again.
