everything was perfect except the sheets smells bad

The only complaint i had was i booked a king bed and when the keys were given to me we walked into our room it was 2 queen beds. Called down stairs and then was told that because i booked with a 3rd party this was all i could have as the hotel was sold out and reward members get first priority. Needless to say i was not happy but i had no other choice. On top find out at check in we had to pay for parking. They did wave this but it still did not make it better.

The hotel was clean throughout and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had great choices and the staff keeping it stocked and clean were also very friendly. I would stay at this location again.

Room was wonderful, pool was nice, breakfast buffet was great, definitely would stay again

My wife and I have some mobility issues and the management staff assisted us to find the right accommodations for us. Many thanks to Bradley and Verani for helping us. They exemplify the meaning of customer service with and kind word and smile. Thank you Hampton Inn.

I am a 20+year Hilton honors member, I vehemently disagree with this hotel charging for parking. I have stayed in many other Hilton brand hotels and have never had to pay parking. This is not the Embassy, or Double tree. It is unacceptable.

By far of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in, considering close to the highway the room was nice and quiet

It was close to the event nearby without the cost of having to stay at the resort.

We had an amazing stay, everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Hard to find parking at night since there is Bar next to the hotel

We had a great experience for our breakfast. It was our granddaughter’s birthday, and Shalaya went out of her way to for us to have an amazing experience! Very polite and courteous, awesome employee!!
