I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the level of comfort and service I expected. During the first two nights of our stay, our room had an extreme humidity problem. The moisture was so severe that the bed sheets were damp, forcing us to use a hair dryer just to make them dry enough to sleep on. Even our insulated water bottles were covered in condensation on the outside while inside the room. I reported the issue to the front desk the morning after the first night and was assured it would be resolved. However, nothing changed, and we were forced to spend a second night under the exact same conditions. It was not until the third day that we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the issues continued even after the room change. Housekeeping was consistently inadequate. The beds were poorly made, tissues were never replenished once they ran out, and it was evident that the room was not being cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. As a result of having to sleep for two nights in such damp conditions, I am now experiencing a sore throat and significant chest pain after returning home. I am very concerned that these symptoms may be related to the unhealthy environment we were exposed to during our stay. In addition, on several nights, other guests repeatedly and aggressively banged on our door at approximately 1:00 a.m. I was staying alone with my two young daughters, making these incidents especially frightening and unsettling. We did not feel safe, and it significantly affected our ability to rest. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable vacation became an extremely unpleasant experience due to the poor condition of the room, the lack of timely action after my complaint, inadequate housekeeping, and repeated disturbances during the night. The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside gate. Besides that little encounter the stay was wonderful and very close to the venue we were attending for an event.

Muy limpio y aparte en la Tina del baño se empezó a estancar el agua, llamamos a recepción e inmediatamente mandaron a alguien a solucionar el problema, la verdad la pasamos muy bien y al rededor hay varias tiendas, un 10!

Great location

It was my road trip and I booked the last minute as it’s along the highway 35 so it was convenient for my itinerary ! The staff was helpful ! The facility was clean and the room was spacious and overall the pleasant stay None

Though we booked reservation with pet , they charged additional fee for pet.
