Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin/Round Rock, TX

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Beds are very spacious and comfortable as well. The elevator was being worked on, but we found the other one and it was fine. There also wasn’t any coffee when I went down around 8am for breakfast. There were plenty of people eating but I waited for a min and no staff came to change it out. No biggie. They may have been in the process of brewing. I’m literally nit picking just to fill this out. It was a great stay.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are great, this is the second time I have stayed here and I highly recommend it!

Unpleasant smell throughout the property. Phone to call front desk never connected. Pictures showed a king bed when I booked and I got 2 beds instead. There was no ice machine.

Homewood suites now charges extra for parking. It is not velvet parking or covered or in a gated area. There is no reason for the charge. It should have been part of the hotel bill.

Staff at front desk excellent, courteous and addressed me by name throughout my staff. I will continue to return there for future stays. Convenient locstion

Staff was excellent. Other than the smell it was a perfectly serviceable if slightly shabby hotel. It smelled terrible. They use some industrial-solvent level of cleaner designed to address smells that is almost certainly worse than whatever it was trying to cover. Bathroom also smelled like mildew.

Property was conveniently located. Staff was kind and breakfast buffet was good. We stayed in an accessible suite. While most of the room was very clean, the shower looked a little dingy. And while we understood that water would scatter because of the type of shower it was, it seemed excessive. We had to use a couple of towels just for the purpose of cleaning that up after each use. Other than that, the property was good.
