The hotel is good enough for an overnight, roadside stay. Rooms were ok. Could definitely use an update and refresh. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were no tea bags. The covers for the coffee cups were too small for the provided cups!

Staff was nice. Rooms need to be deep cleaned. Beds were horrible.

The floors had a sticky film on them. The air conditioner rattled. The room had some type of odor. The tiny area for pets to use had dog poop all over it. The bed and bathroom were very clean. If you are going to offer pet friendly hotel rooms you should have a larger grassy area. We booked this room because it was pet friendly. When we exited the vehicle with our dog a guy from the office came out and rushed through the parking lot to tell us to come back to the office and pay a $15 pet fee.

Room smelled like sewer. Finally figured that out when I woke up. Got in at 1am didn't get settled till 2am. Got to the breakfast right before 9 and front desk guy had an attitude and was extremely rude towards myself and my buddy that was traveling with me. Sorry you had to wait a few min extra before you put away a fruit basket and a few yogurts.

The free breakfast....Not a big variety. I went for breakfast and the pancake batter was in a bag. Also, no Do Not Disturb signs available.

About Food & Drinks: Coffee tastes like water but the juices are good. The breakfast food wasn't good; unlike other hotels that offer sausages or patties, they had pancakes, but they were very thin and tiny.

The room was ok but I don’t like the fact that they go in your room when you’re not there and throw things away that I wasn’t even done with. They shouldn’t come in the room until after we check out.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Days Inn Ruston. The room was cool, and they serve breakfast in the am. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but I was helped by the front desk staff with an issue, and they were happy to help. The housekeeping staff cleaned and restocked the rooms daily. I will definitely book here again.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, there were flies inside, and there was water on the floor when I arrived. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire time. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Pet friendly hotel. I have two dogs and don’t think $30 is fair. $15 per dog, $60 for two nights. Plus there is not a safe area to walk them. The highway service road does not have a side walk.

Our stay was okay but there was a burn hole in our sheets and we did ask for a room down stairs because I’m big pregnant and the dude at the desk said that there weren’t any left then our keys didn’t work when we went up to the room so my boyfriend went to get new keys and the people in front of him checking in asked for a room down stairs and he gave them one and they weren’t disabled or pregnant

There were so many flies in the room I considered going back to the office but wasn’t comfortable traversing the parking lot nor did I think any other room would be better. I turned the AC as cold as it would go which quieted the flies and I waited for day light to leave. In addition, the room was far from clean as per a few photos. The staff was pleasant but clearly didn’t understand the distinction between a motel and a hotel and why I was so concerned. On top of it all, my room was on the ground floor.

Room had dirty sheets I had to go get clean ones. Breakfast was bare. The beds were comfy though

The bedsheets were stained, the bathtub was so clogged it almost flooded over from taking a shower, the floors had chemical smears all over from a mop spreading them around without actually cleaning it up.

Cockroach in bath towel..old, stinky room. Outside pool was gross; water murky with flotsam. Shower curtain was dirty and tattered across bottom. AC leaked onto floor. Mattress sunk in middle of bed. This place was cheap rate ...located off of freeway, extremely noisy outside. Needs to renovated!!!
