Quality Inn Ruston

The hotel is very old and dirty. There was stains on the quilt and sheets. The receptionist tried to explain the stains away and normal. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

The rooms had outdated decor. The carpet in hallway extra filthy the room floors, smelt like old mop water didn’t care for it at all.

The hotel is an older property. Walls had stains on them. Bathroom tile was lifted and shifted often. The bed linens had hair on them and were dingy. The worst part was when my husband asked for more towels, the male desk attendant said “you should have enough “. He said they did not have enough inventory. We stayed 2 nights, no only cleaned our room, which is why we asked for more towels. We will never stay there again.

The faucet handles at the sink and the mirror above the sink had toothpaste splatter on it, very disgusting!!!

Good location and parking was good as well. The light didn’t work in the bathroom and had to be repaired. The door to the bathroom would not stay closed and there were mildew spots around the tub. The floor was filthy and needed to be mopped - would not walk on it without shoes! Today there was no coffee and no one at the desk - people were waiting.

The hotel was convenient, the staff was professional and so nice. The room was clean. No complaints.

Nothing The rudeness and them double charging my debit card. And being charged $35 for my service dog and them refusing to do a reversal on the charges to my card.

Front office staff would knock on my door daily to ask my first and last name because they could not see my name on the system after providing my passport and credit card ? Asked for clean towels multiple times and they states they would leave the towels later on the floor in front of my hotel door. Towels I received were stained and dingy.

We had to leave due to illness but they refused to check us out so just left.

La habitación que nos dieron no servían los seguros, pedí que me las cambiarán y el joven del escritorio se negaba decía que no importaba que el hotel era seguro y que había seguridad en la noche en el hotel. Pero como me iba a quedar en un cuarto que no le funcionan los seguros ? Y que además tenía huellas de que habían forzado la puerta para abrirla . Finalmente acepto cambiarme la habitación de mala gana. Fui con mi familia y se sintió muy inseguro el.hotel, además de la habitacion con poca iluminación y con un olor muy fuerte a desodorante dando la impresión de una limpieza no muy buena.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean still had hair in places and toothpaste around the sink. The sheets were stained. The ac was loud and took forever to cool the room. The night staff wasn’t helpful and a little rude. The food was discussing. Over never spit out waffles so fast. Even tried it again the next night thinking maybe it was mixed wrong but nope it’s just nasty. The only good part of this hotel and maybe I just got lucky there were no bugs. Definitely won’t be back.

Staff was friendly , welcoming and accommodating. The facility was dusty. Dust was on sanitizer dispensar and hallways were musty like cigarette odor even though rooms were non smoking. Bed sheets had a stain or were unclean. It look like the sheets had not been washed and hair fibers were in the bed when covers were pulled back.
