Place was nice and cold staff were great too

It was just not really clean and several things in room were broken...staff tried hard to help.

Our experience was ok. We had a brown stained towel in our room and only one roll of toilet paper. Other than that things it was ok.

Everything was great except that I wasn’t able to leave my bags prior to check in and there were no rooms available/no possible check in until after 3pm.

Room didn’t seem clean. Sticky residue on the tables.

The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the temperature was perfect. The breakfast was excellent with strawberry waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, apples, oranges, variety of juices, coffee of every flavor. The swimming pool was clean, even though we did not try it. I was not able to get either of the treadmills to start even though the display was lit up. I did not take time to ask for assistance at the front desk, so it may have just been my lack of experience with that brand. My only other complaint was the tub was slow in draining. Everything else made this a most pleasant night's stay and we will return. Oh, yes the price was reasonable as well.

Room was large (plenty of space) and clean. Quiet room! & I was across from the ice machine and elevators. Close to LA Tech campus, approx 7-8 min drive. I’ll stay there again when I go back for homecoming in the Fall. I had there free breakfast one morning. Dining area was very clean. Food was fair, better than I expected. Was good for a quick bite to eat before going to campus. Fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausage, milk, fruit juice, & cook your own waffles.

Rooms were large and comfortable; however could have been cleaner and bathrooms better maintained . Had issues with tub stopper. Overall good experience. Breakfast service had many options.

My stay was mediocre. I requested an extra pillow and blanket, there were none. There was a total of 2 bottles of water in the entire hotel. The staff brought me a curtain for an extra blanket, the desk lamp was broken, there was no ice bucket, the staff brought one up without a lid. This was the worse hotel experience I’ve had in years. I chose it because of the price and it was near the university. I canceled my second night and went to TRU Hilton. Worth the change!

There were several cleaning issues when we arrived, including hair and a cockroach in the bathroom, a wrinkled bed, and pee in the toilet. The staff was understanding of the issue; however, no financial compensation has been given at this time. While we experienced a lackluster cleaning service, the gym and free breakfast were very good.

Room dirty, only sheets on bed no blanket or comforter. Room was not cleaned after last guest. Towels just thrown in bathroom. No blow dryer

Very bad experience on July 22 -left on 23 2026 room 210 I went to take a shower around 10:30 pm and the water will not drain. My husband went to talk to the front desk he talk to Bri. My husband explained what was happening she proceeded to call the manager Jayson, at the point Bri had him in the speakers phone. She did not know how to explain what was happening, so my husband ask to talk to him (the manager which his name was Jayson) he started to say to my husband that he does not talk to the guest. Russ explained to the manager what was happening and he repeated that he was not going to talk to him and if you continue I will hang up. So In the meantime we were stuck with a bath tub not draining to take a shower. There was no manger, no maintenance onsite to help us. The hotel was full to give us another room. We were asking manager for a refund due to bad service. My husband ask Bri the front desk for more towels so he can wash himself in the sink. And he also ask for a plunger’s to see if he could fix the drain. There was so much junk coming out that it was discussing. We need a refund due to the hotel did not accommodate us with there service. This is not acceptable the unsafe room condition and the local manager' refusal to assist.

clean room, staff was professional and the breakfast was fresh. The only negative thing i can say is the Remote did not work for the TV, but If I would have let them know I'm sure they would have fixed it.

Lot of people lounging around lobby & outside. A beggar hanging around back door asking for cash. Not a good look

Towels in disarray Clerk said there were no more rooms We had to make the bed ourselves Carpet leading to bathroom torn TV didn’t work so clerk came back to fix it Then the tv didn’t work the next morning Elevator was out of service so we had to use the very steep stairs where the stair nosing was loose
