Nice stay, great staff.

Rooms were cleaned and staff was excellent

Ok but could have been cleaner

Customer service was poor. When we got to our room, the shower was dirty. I highly doubt they clean the showers regularly. The toilet bowl had a brown ring, and there was hair in the shower. When we first walked in, there was complimentary lemon infused water, when we went to help ourselves to it, a bunch of black stuff came out with the water. The staff there acted like they did not want to help with any of our concerns, did not offer to clean or swap rooms, and did not change out the water. I believe this location is family owned and all had off putting personalities except the daughter. I would not recommend this place.

Clean room, excellent size room, front desk polite, good breakfast, near I-95.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. I’m still itching after leaving that dump. Buyer beware!!

The room I was in 103 was very challenging. I believe it was for a handicap person and of course the closet had an ironing board on a shelf above the hangers, but the shelf below with the hangers you couldn’t get the hangers out unless you turn them sideways. The fridge was in a tray and so you had to lift it up to open the door. The shower was flat or probably a wheelchair and a lot of the water leak onto the bathroom floor in addition to that there were spiders and bugs in the room and I was fit on the last night by a spider about the size of a quarter. In addition to that the towels and the linen were very dingy, had holes and stains on them. Not impressed.

This was an amazing stay, glad I chose comfort inn over the other locations near by.

Old, dark and not very clean. Would not stay there agai.
