Disappointing

I could not stay at this property. I did not feel safe, it was not clean and the whole floor my room was on (176) smelled like strong mildew. There was a small dresser against another door in my room for blocking purposes, and the room was wide open and pitch black dark when I arrived to the room. There were people standing outside of another room and others hanging out of it. The owner refused to refund me and all I was offered was a $25 gas card. I slept in the car with my kid. All other locations sold out due to a NASCAR event in Richmond. This property needs to be investigated and demolished as soon as possible.

Had to wait at deck over 10 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. Some else was waiting there before me and don’t know how long they were waiting for check in. No one was at desk for check out either just a sign saying leave key. Place is an old updated motel that needs to be updated again.

This is a well worn older property that provided a clean room with minimal staff. No frills, but adequate for a quick stopover.

Horrible awful smells like cat pee

Staff was super nice and helpful. Not that I didnt like the stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The building was under repair, but at least they are fixing it up. Once it is finished im sure it will be great.

Nothing Entire hotel smelled, saw drug deal in the parking lot, lots of doors slamming from 3-4 a.m., food insanitary, felt unsafe.

If you need a shower and a bed food this is your place there’s no WiFi no help from any staff no pool this isn’t a place for anything else but a decent couple night stay I wouldn’t stay long our rooms locks were barely hanging on an didn’t close all the way genuine safety concerns but I could access the breakfast area at anytime that was the only decent thing about this place but you pay for what you get so can’t say to much

Property was run down and in disrepair. First suite had 2 AC units, but one was not working so there was a tabletop fan. Asked for different room, but smell was unbearable and decided to leave property for health and safety reasons. Not recommended for families. Manager was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but we chose to go to different hotel.

Nothing to highlight. In the first room assigned to us, the air conditioning did not work, there was water on the floor near the window, and the room had a very strong musty/moldy smell. Additionally, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty, the wall paint was peeling off, and the breakfast was poorly structured with very few options.

NA The air-conditioning was loud and noisy the first night I stayed in there and then the next morning I got up I approached the front desk to be switched to another room and he did that but I asked could I come for that night? He told me I should’ve done it the night of the issue.

No hot water. No internet. You get what you pay for, sort of.

Bad

Toilet didn't look like it was cleaned in a month. Floors were broken and dirty. I had just completed a 14 hour drive and was too tired to complain. only positive thing I can say is that the bed was soft and I got a good nights sleep. I traveled for a living and can say that even hotels in mexico were cleaner and better run than this place. Don't stay here!

The ad was a lie. They don’t have a working pool. The rooms and bathroom was nasty. Nasty stained towels. Bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been deep cleaned in years. Really run down hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was completely disappointing. It looked like it was about to be demolished. Our bathroom looked like the walls were ripped, and the toilet bowl cover wasn't even fully covered because the cover was too small for the toilet. When I booked it, it said breakfast was included, but when we got there, it looked like an abandoned kitchen, and the little food that was there was questionable. I wish I had taken photos, but we were in a hurry to leave that place.

I felt sorry for the manager. The place was literally coming apart around him. The room we were assigned first on the back of the hotel was so damp and moldy we immediately asked for another on the front half of the place The manager didn't seem surprised. The second room was much better but still the flooring in the bathroom was not completed and the hot water in the shower did not work. So since we had a reservation for several days we asked for another room. The next room offered hot water and a quieter HVAC system but the window was broken and had been repaired with duct tape some time ago. The tape had attempted to cover a split between the vertical panels but had become unattached over time. I expect the curtain was torn during the same incident but that level of damage was irrelevant. At this point the place became a source of humor until the water main broke or was being replaced which literally became evident when I attempted a shower. No notice or preparation - simply no water. Our stay was over.
