the staff was friendly. the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was simple but delicious. the position of the toilet in our bathroom was quite awkward

Disappointing

The wifi was terrible and the area doesn't have good cell coverage

Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed! Ceiling falling down, drug transactions happening on the stairwell without a way down! Dirty unkept rooms. Ended up moving to another hotel no offer of refund! Called property multiple times to be told the person who can authorize refund is unavailable and still no return call! Went for business purpose had no idea what we were getting into until we arrived. We should have known when checking in and the man behind counter said no worries property is safe…. We had not asked.

Breakfast was good, Facility was nice, Staff was friendly I walked around barefoot in my room #109, when I was getting ready for bed I noticed the bottom of my feet were black from the floor. I took a wet wash cloth and wiped the floor near the refrigerator and it too was black from dirt. I mentioned it to the person who checked me out and was given some BS excuse.

The room was in great condition. The lights were kind of dim but the one in the vanity area was great. The bathroom is pretty small and water kind of gets everywhere if you aren't careful with the curtain.

The bathtub was gross. It also backed up when we showered. A bunch of Little pubic type hairs were in the tub after. The pillows were uncomfortable.

It is right off the freeway and ok location. People hanging around outside the hotel, elevator did not work, nor did some of the doors that led into another area. The room kept getting hot and the water in the tub wouldn’t go down.

Exceptional

4/5 stars. the floor was grungy, and had a lot of moths, mosquitos in the room. The desk staff were helpful though, also there is no working hot tub at the property I stayed at. I gave the 4 stars mostly because my room was very quiet , no residual noise from other rooms.

The person from desk was really courteous and helpful. I liked the breakfast the stay. It was real comfortable, I liked that they accepted. ESA PETS at no charge of fee. The only thing didn't like was. The beds were too high up and small than usual, and the pool looked like it was not in use, but nobody was in the pool and the hot tub was not working.

I’ve stayed at this La Quinta several times over the last year and it’s always a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the breakfast buffet. I love making those little waffles in the morning! There is only one elevator, so getting to higher floors with a bunch of luggage is a bit annoying. Also, I noticed the floor of my room wasn’t very clean during my most recent stay.
