La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North

Room floors were filthy, and the cleaners obviously don't move anything when cleaning, almost every dresser had nasty dust and who nows what under them. Mini fridge was sludgy and full of nasty water from them defrosting in-between stays. Layout of the hotel if poor very difficult to find your room. Breakfast hall is a small over crowded area inside the lobby, with a poor selection of breakfast. Also seemed like a sketchy area, was worried the truck would get messed with as there is a lot of seedy activity going on in the parking lot.

Saw a roach and panicked but they quickly moved me to the top floor and the rest was quiet and comfortable!! Breakfast was delicious and quite a variety!! I'd stay again for sure!! 6 outta 10 might recommend!! The roach had me trippin !

Everything was great! Room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The location was ver convenient!

I would NOT recommend anyone stay here! We booked online had no idea it was in a really bad neighborhood. We didn’t even get there til 3am and had already paid otherwise o would have gone somewhere else. They actually charge a higher rate here then most reg La Quintas do and that I later figured out is to cover the cost they gave bcz they also have like a homeless voucher program going on. So you think you are getting a nice hotel and actually it is a very overpriced homeless shelter for those people not on voucher stays. There’s were people living in the bushes by the fence, I saw drug bags on the ground on the parking lot. The guy working late that night was the only good part of the stay. He was very good very nice etc. this hotel b my she’s you give them your I.d. To get a luggage cart, they still charge 100 deposit on top of the inflated fee. We were given a late chk out for noon bcz we got there so late. But at just after 11am housekeeping came knocking at my door. Even though I had the do not disturb sign up as well. The breakfast was very limited and mostly gone by all the people in there. I went and asked for a refund but was told I would have to speak to the manager. So I am still in process of this request. Deliberately not a good hotel like you expect with the La Quinta name on it. Additionally all decent La quintas have good amenities like the shampoo stuff in good size bottles in the shower. This hotel had a couple tiny bottles sample size.. just a bad stay

Room appeared clean but floor was sticky. Staff was polite and helpful. Food hot and fresh and frequently filled. Constant slamming of metal gates at pool. Party place.

I liked being in a private hallway. Asked for a private area and it was perfect!

Just weed smell in the rooms and in the corridor, I woke up to. The towels were stained.

Hotel is clean with outside rooms, walkable to an In And Out Burger. It is very difficult to get to especially from navigation in the dark. Comfortable beds small continental breakfast, enough to get you down the road. Clean!

The staff were excellent; however (1) the bathroom was dirty (2) the refrigerator motor was so loud we had to turn it completely off and (3) why would anyone use tin/metal bed frames?? Every time I moved or my husband moved the squeaking was so loud it woke us up.

Nothing Room carpet totally stained from previous animals and smelled like a kennel.

Room was very clean, breakfast was solid, staff was fantastic There appeared to be a lot of drug activity and prostitution in the hotel and environs

nothing at all nothing elevator had pee in it and smelled horrible when i notified staff they said it was nothing that could be done til the next day the next day came and urine still there human not dog the sheets were stained allot of drug traffic in the area staff was not pleasant they look as if they may be involved in some of that activity worst la quinta i ever stayed at breakfast was the worst everything was watered down

Great location right off the highway and close to anything you may need. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were extremely friendly. Room was quiet and clean. Mattress was amazing and had a great nights sleep to recharge for the next leg of our adventure. Extremely pleased with this choice.
