It was clean and staff were pleseant. Otherwise, it was run down and held together by literal duct tape. I booked the hotel over a month ago and neither the hotel nor Hotels.com bothered to communicate with me that they ended up closing their pool in the interim - aka an update in available amenities - so when we arrived with a bag full of bathing suits and sinkies, they were a waste of space. We literally slept there one night, checked out, and went to Residenence Inn instead. Missing or mismatched lightbulbs, broken benches, stained furniture, peeling paint and laminate, haphazard plumbing repairs. "Fully stocked kitchen" was a minifridge that didn't fit the countertop, a small microwave, and plastic wear - not even a soap and sponge... 2 Stars because floors, bathrooms, and beds were clean, so, it is sleepable. But common areas were sad and run down: check out the cigarette butts pile, broken bench, spray-painted concrete, etc. No refund offer3d on any of our stayon (planned 5 night stay) even after checking out within 12 hours of check-in. Worth the loss of money to stay somewhere better maintained and learn a hard lesson.

I didn't like the side of the building that my room was on being next to a busy rode with cars and sirens going by all day and night, and i didn't like that the pool is out of service during my stay, but outside of those things was a pretty good stay for two nights in a row, i would stay again...

Staff was mid. Room was for the most part clean, with the exception of some random long hairs that were found. The kitchenette plates and silverware provided were dirty. Breakfast was ok

I don’t know how this place is rated so high. It is a little off the beaten path but still close to town but not a good part of town. The rooms are in need of some updating and the bathroom floors were dirty the tile grout was black. I assume the carpets were just as dirty. The room smelled like marijuana as did the hallway. It looks like there are some full time residents here. The parking was great and the breakfast was crowded but decent. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I won’t be staying here again.
