Good customer service! No complaints

Clean room, quiet, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub

Very clean and comfortable. Very timely response to requests. Older amenities - like hair dryer, pool. Elevators were small and dingy. A very small and old TV. We had to ask for a replacement as the picture was bad on the first. Got new TV no trouble but it was almost as bad as the first one! Otherwise lovely, friendly, convenient.

Very nice room for the price. Cleanliness want that’s Great they could have dusted and vacuumed did a sweep through of the room for cleanliness had a huge spider with webs in the corner behind our bedroom door

The hotel was very run down and needs a full makeover. Peeling paint everywhere, the elevators were incredibly dingy, just general grubbiness everywhere. The traffic noise from the freeway was very loud and the walls in general seemed thin, I could hear a lot of activity in the hallway. The room was generally OK and seemed fairly clean, though there were several hairs all over the shower walls from a previous guest.

RESORT is the wrong way to explain this hotel. The hotel has potential. However, whatever efforts they’ve made to update and clean and create an atmosphere of quality, beauty, classiness have been done on the cheap. Everywhere throughout the hotel wherever there’s been a repair or a modernization, it’s all a bit unfinished or a bit shabby. I was put in room 132 at the suggestion of the hotel registration and it stink like mustiness from water and smoke. Luckily they changed my room to 512 and it seemed like it was modernized, but there was a mess in the refrigerator and the surface cleaning on the nightstand was not clean; there was some sort of a stickiness. The chest of drawers and vanity, mirrors, etc. all had hand prints on them. The linens were clean the beds were OK. It’s in an area, like many areas in Sacramento that has a lot of homeless hanging around in that neighborhood. In the parking lot, there was a person living in an RV for many days it seemed. The RV was missing a tire. And a little further away, there was another trailer that carried merchandise of some sort With another tire that was gone, making it feel very rundown.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is worth the $15 extra. The hotel over all is a little dated.
-
No security to patrol the parking lot. Many homeless people living in tents around the hotel but that seemed to be a major problem even if you stay downtown. Overall, it was good for the price. :)

Checked in , lobby looked clean, walked in room it was run down, carpet had bad smell, snot and boogers smeared on wall in the bathroom.

upon arriving, the property seemed very nice and well maintained from the front lobby appearance. We got our key card to go up to our room and tried to get in our door, but it seemed to be stuck so we had to constantly put the key in back-and-forth and kept trying to open the door. The light kept popping up green, but the door just stayed stuck. After 5 minutes of hassle We were finally are able to get in. Later that evening We leave to go get some food come back and also can’t get through the entrance doors. We’re trying to open it as well with the key card and aren’t able to get through so we ended up having to go to the front and get us a new key and they were really helpful. They gave us one right away. We go up to the elevator to our room and the door still was stuck. as-well as we saw other guests having the same issue we were. every time that we went outside our key didn’t work until the millionth time and it was just really inconvenient for our stay
-
Only front door entrance was very inconvenient. Side doors should be accessible with room key. My shower water would not shut all the way off. Hotel staff is way too loud and active early in the morning. Elevators were not working consistently and access to the other elevator was very inconvenient. My room key was not working properly and took several minutes to enter my room
-
This was easily our worst stay here. We were told the room would be ready by 3:00, but we could not fully check in until around 3:50 because it had not been cleaned. Once inside, the TVs and HDMI ports did not work properly, one TV could not access the guide, and the Wi-Fi stopped working later that night. My boyfriend and I were hoping for a relaxing stay, but the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The rooms were clean and some remodeled. Still signs throughout of original build; old door frames, bathtubs stains, and no ventilation in restroom. Also pool is no quite as large as shown in website and water is cloudy. We enjoyed our stay as rooms were very clean and comfortable.
-
Dirt stain around semi permanent no slip sticker in bottom of tub. Entire hotel felt like it wasn’t quite updated. Great front desk staff.

The staff was prompt and kind. The ice machine on my 4th floor didn’t work.

I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel as I got there late and left early, so I was basically just there to sleep… however, the morning of checkout at 9:00am I had a knock at the door and it was a hotel associate asking when I would be checking out. Personally, I was not a fan of this as checkout is 11am and I found this to be an unnecessary disturbance. At that point I had been there for 12 hours, that’s it, so to feel rushed out the door as if the expectation was for me to check out earlier than 11am was inconsiderate of the staff. Everything else was fine. It’s not a nice hotel by any means, but it was clean and quiet enough, definitely worth the price.
