A maintenance technician spent about an hour in our room trying to repair the tub before we were finally told it couldn’t be fixed. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but by that point we were exhausted and didn’t want to pack up all of our belongings and start over. To make matters worse, our room key stopped working, leaving us locked out until someone brought us a replacement key. Not to mention, expired products. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with multiple maintenance issues that significantly affected our stay. I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice receptionist, let us check in early and gave us room location request. Only thing we missed is having a microwave in the room .

Always a peaceful and relaxing stay at Wyndham!! The staff is amazing !! The Arbor Grille Restaurant there is addictive and so delicious!! Rooms are always cool and clean! Only thing I'd say is book yourself a stay asap and enjoy the heated pool and relaxing spa!!! Helped my sore muscles so much !! Thanks Wyndham Sacramento!! 10 outta 10 would recommend!!

The property itself in the state was fine They asked for a deposit to put on a credit card and instead of removing the deposit they discharged me

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Initially we given a room with a lot of road noise (problem with window) We were moved to a quieter room without any fuss Some rooms need an upgrade (see above note)

Room and building as well as grounds were exceptionally clean . The staff were helpful and attentive to all of our needs air conditioning worked perfect as well as refrigerator being very cold . The breakfast was nutritious as well as cooked very well . We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking

The property was clean and the staff was very nice and pleasant.

Location only Breakfast was an additional cost when stated included. Nowhere to hang my clothes for a funeral I was attending. Bugs in the room.

It was good for a stop for the night. Pretty clean and staff were nice.

The conditioner bottle was a square hard plastic bottle. It could not be squeezed to dispense the conditioner.

The hallway lights shine thru the door door so the room is not pitch dark

The toilet ran for about 20 minutes after every flush, which was very frustrating. There was only one door to enter and exit the hotel, making it inconvenient. The TV constantly cut in and out, making it difficult to watch. The most concerning issue happened around 10:30 p.m. when two people attempted to enter our room using a room key. When I opened the door, they apologized and said the front desk had given them the wrong key. I immediately called the front desk, and they admitted it was their mistake and apologized. This was a serious security issue that could have had a much worse outcome. To top it off, when we checked out, no one asked how our stay was or if there were any issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and hope the hotel takes steps to improve both its maintenance and guest safety.
