The beds were comfortable as hell! There was a lot of riff raff

Great Stay!

The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The quality and cleanliness of the room and the property as a whole did not match the photographs representative of the property. The bathtub/shower drained extremely slowly and while showering, the tub filled up with water due to poor drainage. The swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a good deal of sketchy activity in the parking lot at all hours of day and night and the property did not feel safe for me as a woman traveling alone. Due to me traveling from across the country, I had no way to know the area and that this property would feel so unsafe prior to arriving. Other travelers to this property should be aware that drug deals, prostitution and a homeless population is very apparent.

I was never book in upon of my arrival the front desk lady desk said I was completely booked I got the room or no keys an charge for the deposit

Got wrong key, opened a door to someone already in the room I was assigned.

My request that they procure a chair for the room led to me being banned from renting a room in the future, for supposedly "harassing" the staff. Never had any issues like that with other motels. Mind-boggling.

The room was fine. It was clean.. The outside of the property was filthy. The elevator didn’t work and there was garbage up and down the stairs.

This place was terrible, nothing was clean and the beddings were all stained. No soap, no shampoo and nothing felt safe about the place. We ended up not staying and booked a different place instead. Not safe a safe place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Noting first they make me wait an hour until the room gets ready but when I walked in the room all the trash was behind the door and smelled really bad in the staff was really rude specially, the Manager I did not like it at all. It was terrible experience. Staff was rude. The room was smell really bad. The trash was behind the door.

I should have stayed somewhere else and would like a full refund

All accommodations excellent. New building with restaurants very close. When visiting Sacramento again, would definitely choose this location. No problem.

Very unskilled and they casted two hours of my time at check out because they refused to give me my $100.00 my cash deposit and hold me there for 3 hours. Thank you The better staff and cleaning all those area around the room and steps.

I wouldn’t stay at that place again for anything. The desk staff were horrible.
