I like that it was convenient to my family I needed the kitchenette for my tea that I make every morning and a freezer to keep my medication AC worked good the only thing I had a problem

Bathroom was very clean No chair in my room, TV too low to watch from the bed. Seemed to never be anyone at the front desk.

Room was clean, the air conditioner worked great, staff was very helpful. The only thing was my key did not work when I returned late night with my family. I went the office and the office was closed. I had to call the after hours phone number posted on the office door. Finally after 30 minutes a staff member came to the office a nd had to remagnetize the key card, only then I was made aware of how sensitive the key cards were. Keep the key cards away from cellphones. That was the only issue I had encountered.

The property has a lot of potential. Full fridge, stovetop, microwave...wonderful amenity to have for prolonged stay. However, the property is in need of a serious renovation. Water damage between floors has simply been painted over, paint peeling, cracks. The bed was very dated and uncomfortable...old spring mattress which made for a very uncomfortable night's rest. However, we got a night's stay for $91 (that includes all additional fees), so maybe this is just a "get what you pay for" moment. Plumbing worked fine and the linens and towels were clean. Overall cleanliness was okay but noticeable dust throughout the room and stickiness to the floors. For an additional "housekeeping fee" tacked on, the place should at least be dusted and floors swept and mopped. Great if you need a cheap place to stay, but just be prepared for very dated, not very clean rooms, and long overdue maintenance.

Proximity to Sacramento airport Sketchy people loitering about the grounds; noise from other people and animals all night; my room was dingy and the linens were stained. This property did not feel like a safe place to stay.

Office is not 24hrs so if you arrive when their closed no way to check in

Fraud. The booking was for $83, paid by credit card before I arrived. At check-in and additional so-called refundable $72 was charged. The form-fit sheet would not stay put on the bed. There was no kitchen ware. No more Motel6 for me

We were delayed by traffic and were unable to check in. The front desk closed at 10 PM and we had to book a different hotel.

Plugs are not good, bad area, room not very clean. Not recommended.

This property is dirty. I checked in at 3:30pm and checked out at 3:45 pm. There were red stains on the sheets and the room had a smell like there is fresh meat stored somewhere close by. There were flies everywhere. Very disgusting

Well nice, customer charged me 10.00 no explanation reason why? I called and told them we left 8 am. No way to drop off the cards so left in hotel Room.. Poor communication with staff. We tried to explained he not understanding us. Plus I was upset their no maid service he said one time a week I said what? I had to leave dirty towels in bathroom.. he said if we bring towels will give us a new one… oh well..

How centrally located it is. Easy freeway access. It. Was. Filthy. Floors turned your feet BLACK. Little to no bathroom products, even tho the ad said there would be. Available (paid extra for) kitchen products available. Extra fee for 'cleaning'(???) AND a utility charge(!!!) I wasn't moving in, I was there for 2 nights! WTHeck??? Funky cable TV, where you couldn't see (on the guide) what the heck was on! Never seen that before. The microwave wasn't broken, but it should NEVER be used. It was melted and missing coating on the inside! I've stayed at this exact location before. It was totally acceptable nice 5-6yrs ago.. This place, for the PRICE(!!!) IS NOT WORTH IT. I believe i am due a refund or something. It was really gross staying here.
