Studio 6 Suites Sacramento Northgate CA

Staff was helpful Called to ask a question and was told that the reservation was canceled by booking.com so I had to find another place to stay at triple the prices because I was already in town. Rooms at the secondary site were dirty and smelled of smoke, although it was a non-smoking room.

Bad

The property was real noisy. It wasnt clean inside the room . Lots of spiders and dirt. Bath tub was very dirty and towels didn't look up to par . The room smelled like dogs and cats .

Very dirty, I’m not exaggerating, extremely dirty

Nothing The staff and the extra charges

The smell the cleanliness the scary people walking around not safe or clean

Most everything. The last dscsping.of the property needs help.

Dirty room. Pieces of food in microwave, dirty fridge, dirty counter tops. Towels that should be thrown out. No smell of bleach in the towels, old and ragged. Furniture old and broken. Charged an extra $12 on top of deposit for a key card? Or something else? Lots of fake reviews bringing up the rating of this place. Be careful! This is not somewhere you want to bring your family!

Exceptional

Was clean except for under and around furniture needed dusting and a good wipe down. Bed was clean. Parking free. Air conditioning worked.

Don't stay in room 226 unless you yourself are a cigarette smoker. The neighbors cigarette morning 8 am smoke breaks will enter your room AC every single day. The city will also be informed on fire code hazard of elevator having cigarette smokers. Truly worst experience ever. Oh and 10 business days later we never received our $70 security deposit. Still waiting as they gave us an email to send our concern to receive back our security deposit. Just dont stay here unless you can handle everything I mentioned above.

Loved everything super great.

Hate that we were Mislead on booking app. Horrible conditions. Extra charges to my bill not listed in order to register & check in. Extremely angry about extra charges for House keeping/utilities that (Booking.com) site did not state were required to check in or pay for in Total Price at this property. The Basic Deposit change was returned immediately because we left the room cleaner than we got there. When we arrived the room had human hair on the bathroom floor & bugs that needed to be sprayed & extremiated.

Good

Exceptional

I could not even enter the room because it turns out that the offices closed it at 10 pm and I had not checked in after 10 am and the reception was closed, they did not explain that and they did not return the money, besides there are many homeless around the place

Stayed to my self quiet

Yes they would not let us check in

Very good

When I checked in, there were several additional charges that were applied that was not transparent on the website. I was harassed by hoodlums every time I came out of my room. The smell of Marijuana was persistent all night. People fighting at 2am.
