Superb
-
Only stayed 1 night but I would stay again.
-
Big room, in a good location for our needs. Also there are several free things that were great like breakfast, EV charging and welcome drink. Solid choice in Sacramento area
-
Electric charging for cars was not functional. Poor water pressure in showers. Breakfast was late and underwhelming. Told staff about issues and basically got shrugs in response. Also you have to pay for parking on top of your room fee. I understand it’s an airport hotel but it’s located in a shopping complex.

The staff that we experienced was listless, the rooms were cracker boxes
-
It was a super comfortable and accommodating hotel. I felt well-cared for and had everything I needed. Well done.

Exceptional
-
It’s new so it felt really clean and fresh. Rooms are big and comfortable, if you were staying for a while the kitchen would be really nice to have. Good area - lots of shops and restaurants.
-
The staff was helpful and it was nearby a mall.
-
The room & the property is clean. The bed & beddings were clean & comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff were polite, can be friendlier.
-
Best place to stay in Sacramento/Davis area. Friendly and attentive staff. Great rooms!
-
I really liked the breakfast spread but was disappointed on Sunday morning when it was not refilled with fresh bread etc. and I had to request the gentleman at the desk to refill it and he was a bit grouchy.
-
The rooms were clean

Easy location, by decent eateries. Clean, friendly staff, nice gym, free parking.

Exceptional

We ended up sleeping in our car because they double-booked our reservation and then blamed their third-party partner instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. Save your self and the headach and look else where.

I’ll be back.

We stayed during my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great location near restaurants and stores. Easy and convenient for families.
