The hotel staff is not keeping up with basic cleaning and maintenance. When I checked in, the removable rug in next to my bed had a large streak of sticky goo that had also been transferred to the floor, and the floors were otherwise filthy. There is a high desk in the room but there chair was too low so I couldn’t work there. The television does not support streaming or wireless and the channel guide is incorrect so it was basically useless. The water cooler in the workout room was empty the entire 4 days I was there, and there was garbage left the hallways overnight. The breakfast is way overpriced.

I asked about the surrounding area, and her response was, “Look on Yelp.” I also asked if we could select a room with no one underneath us because we have a child and did not want to disturb anyone. She simply responded, “Your room is ***.” The only other complaint I have is that many cars were double-parked, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before someone came out to move a vehicle. Other than that, the hotel was fine for a layover.

The only thing is we didn’t get the room restocked with coffee and cream.

Sliding door to the bedroom area was off the hinges. The glass door swings in and out with tight clearances, a danger for little kids. Very poorly designed layout in my opinion.

Besides that though, staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist guests. It was close to midnight, found i was missing contact lenses solution, all nearby stores to Instacart from were closed. Deven (probably misspelling his name) found a Doordash delivery option for that night and ordered from his own phone! Didn't even hesitate, didn't say, "sorry, don't know how to help you", he just sprang into action. I've stayed at hotels for nearly 3x $ that come nowhere near this level of service. Not your typical hotel bar food menu, either. Highly rec trying the Bombay Street corn. The shower. OMG the shower! Amazing water pressure and settings. Bed and pillows super comfy, too. Everything was clean, not even dust where you'd normally find dust. Sheets and towels did not have "hotel smell" and were snowy white. A+++ to Housekeeping. A/C worked splendidly and was very easy to control temp. Airport shuttle is timely, friendly and was included with my room. Would absolutely stay here again, especially thanks to Deven's stellar customer service!

Overall solid 9/10 Rooms could've been a bit cleaner.

We've stayed at this property several times and have always had a great stay. Always clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

They overbooked and didn’t have the suite my reservation was for available, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes until my downgraded room was. Then the TV in my room didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. The room itself was clean, but it ended up being pretty loud for most of the night because of a High School reunion going on downstairs. Not my favorite hotel stay.

My only 3 complaints were the pool could be a Lil bit bigger. When you have whole families staying there it can get a Lil crowded when the deepest part of the pool is 4ft. The breakfast is 12$. For the price I paid id expect breakfast to be included. It wasn't nothing fancy just your basic waffle, eggs, bacon, etc. Th

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bed was comfortable and room was nice, the food was really good...I had the California salad and lemon pepper chicken wings...oh it was really good - did not take breakfast, didnt like the options but lunch was fantastic

Average breakfast Tv not working. Ac was not functioning well Staff failed to fix the TV for our entire stay
