We also tried to use the outdoor fire pit and asked the staff to turn it on for us. We waited over 30 minutes, and when we went back to ask, we were told someone would come assist us, waited another 20 mins and no one showed up. We eventually asked to speak with the manager and he explained that no one on staff was trained to operate the fire pit, so we weren’t able to use it. It was disappointing to have amenities listed that weren’t actually available for guests to use. We did appreciate that the manager offered us free breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience. However, based on the overall experience, we would not stay here again.

I don't like the staff with the bad attitude

My room was clean, my microwave didn’t work but staff replaced it in a timely fashion with one that was working! I ate dinner in their restaurant and it was good, Misty was an excellent bartender!

We had a very short but nice stay. The staff was friendly and very responsive to questions. The Hotel was in a nice location and very clean.

The hotel and hotel grounds or well kept cleaning staff was friendly. Mostly quiet environment, inside hotel room and within the common areas of the hotel . Just be aware that breakfast is not included unlimited parking for larger vehicles.

The front desk staff was great. My room was great. The restaurant was extremely disappointing. There was no menu service, only a buffet, which included cold egg patties, cold pancakes, cold, horribly tasting oatmeal. There was no orange juice. No water offered. Of the three bottles of juice, two were not labeled. No decent cutlery, only plastic forks and spoons. The table that I sat at had not been wiped down. All for $20.

The heated pool was very cold. No apparent reason for the cold, no notice. Mini fridge in the room barely worked, and kept food near 42F

Good value for the price. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Close to many fast food restaurants and the freeway.

Staff was pleasant and helpful

Traveling with a team for work and this is our fourth hotel try in the same area. Like Goldilocks, we finally found this place which was just right for all of us. Nice rooms, food on site, fitness center, bar for socializing after work, and nice staff. All and all, very happy and will be back!
