Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Airport Natomas

I scheduled a wake-up call, but I never received it. As a result, I missed my flight. When I called the front desk to ask why the wake-up call wasn’t made, I was treated rudely instead of being offered an apology or assistance. During my last stay, I was able to schedule the airport shuttle for the time I needed. This time, I was simply told, “It comes when it comes,” which was frustrating and not helpful for someone traveling on a schedule. The shuttle ride itself was also disappointing. The driver accelerated, braked, and turned so aggressively that I spilled hot coffee all over myself. Given how I had just been treated by the front desk, the experience left me wondering whether my complaint had influenced the service, although I can’t say for certain. What happened to the friendly shuttle driver from my previous stay? He was one of the main reasons I decided to return to this hotel. His professionalism and customer service made a lasting impression. This experience fell far below the level of service I expect from a Hilton property. I travel for business regularly, and based on this stay, I’ll be looking for a different hotel in the future.

Have stayed several time staff is helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable for a short stay.

I liked the location because there were many restaurants and shops nearby.

This property has been neglected - though it appears by the scaffolding that some improvements are underway. Restaurant food was terrible and way overpriced.

It was just for one night but the room was comfortable and the check in and out was smooth.

We used hotel for late arrival/early check out for flights going out of Sacramento. Did not use facilities. Room was clean and quiet!

Hotel is clean, quiet and in a good location. Breakfast offering could be improved or offered at a reduced price due to quality. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service! I love how they care for their guests by providing a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport, rides every 30 minutes. The hotel has an amazing staff, clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, plentiful breakfast, etc. Would stay here again

With all the things happening in the main spaces the room was still very quiet and clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The only thing we would change would be opening the restaurant earlier than 7AM or offering a continental breakfast in the early morning. We had an early flight and were not able to eat before leaving for the airport.

Then the pathetic bathroom "door" broke and we couldn't use it, my kids had to crawl in and out to use it because it's one of those useless sliding barn doors. On top of that, the ice machine was broken on our floor. It was still pretty clean outside of some hair in the shower, but we're not likely to return sadly.
