Very easy check-in and amenities.

Staff were very friendly. The facility was clean. Very good location.

Easy parking, including some EV spots but you have to have a charger. EXCELLENT staff, lovely and spacious remodeled rooms, and a great free breakfast spread. Some quick restaurant options in the area and 10 mins from the airport and from downtown. My only qualms were I didn’t have a charging cord since it was a rental so I wish that had been provided, and the air vent in my bathroom was rather noisy. Others complain about the noise of the air conditioning unit, but I appreciate the white noise and just put the fan on constant at night so the start/stop didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay again!

Clean friendly staff it’s just loud when people slammed doors early & woke others up. I don’t like that otherwise I love the place much better than other hotels close by & very convenient as location close yo freeway etc I would still stay @ Hampton inn

I stayed because it’s close to the airport and I had an early flight. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

We had cockroach issues, and spider webbing with active spiders behind/corner of bedframes

Make sure to be out well before check out time as your card key will be deactivated 5 - 10 minutes before check out time.

The breakfast is very minimal. The shower dribbles water on you and it takes forever to shower to get the soap out of your hair. But that was less of a problem because there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome.
