Incredibly noisy neighbors

Very clean, close to the airport

I tried to upgrade the room and they said that I need to rebook or upgrade through the rental app that I reserved.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Access to the airport was short and convenient. This was a great stay for us as we caught an early flight home.

Staff opened the breakfast room a few minutes early as we were scheduled for the free shuttle for an early morning flight. We were very grateful that our request for breakfast access was immediately acted on to get our long day ahead off to a good start! Kudos to the staff for their responsiveness and consideration! tv hard to navigate. Access to wi-fi not made easier if you weren't a member of Hilton Honors.

I liked the convenience of the location in proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle was great and food around the area was a nice variety. The rooms were old, not clean, and beds were uncomfortable. the room had a musty smell and did not seem adequately cleaned.

I liked it before, that is why I come back.

Friendly helpful staff. The property location was fantastic for easy walking distance to all kinds of restaurants. There was a noisy kids party at the pool and our room was above the pool area. The manager took care of the noisy kids and parents as soon as I complained. I was very happy with that and I should have complained sooner.

I was unable to turn the AC/heater off even thought I set to a warmer temperature, so the noise of it going on and off all night was annoying.

Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. The restaurants within walking distance don't offer much choice. Would have preferred that room had hard surface instead of carpet. Door of one of side entrances was damaged, very difficult to open.

Exceptional

Our room was very clean and the staff was very helpful in arranging our shuttle to the airport the following morning. Unable to rate breakfast as we left for airport very early but coffee was available in the lobby while waiting on the shuttle. Shuttle was on time and very convenient.

Good shuttle service from airport. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical for hotels in this price range, decent but nothing that stands out. I do appreciate that there was breakfast on Saturday at 6 am Everything was fine

Near places to eat and the freeway It only had one luggage carrier for the whole facility which I can’t understand the reasoning behind that!! It only had one elevator.

Clean & spacious room for 2 Queen & 1 sofabed. Great staff!
