Hyatt House Sacramento Airport - Natomas

It was a great place and an amazing location especially if you travel frequently

The water is too small in the bathroom, can not take a shower in such a new modern hotel, what a pity

Stayed in the executive suite at the Hyatt House and it was exactly what our family needed. Spacious, spotless, and the kitchen setup made traveling with two kids so much easier. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and painless. Would absolutely stay here again. Five stars

This property and its amenities are top notch. The food was properly prepared with good flavor, and the guest all were polite. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent Front Staff Employees ...... Check-In, Check-Out like professionals. Nice, newer rooms like condos. Only complaint is housekeeping banging on the door several times with the "Do Not Disturb" style sign on at 11am with a 12 o'clock noon checkout time. Also; low quality coffee mugs in room. Each mug the handles are thin and have cracks in them.

Clean and convenient.

Simple amenities like the tv , wouldn’t provide help to help set up. Needed a quiet place to study, tried to charge additional charges just to use a quiet space

The front desk staff, Cecilia, was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was alright but could have been better.

Clean, comfortable bed. Was able to sleep through the night before my flight. Nice breakfast.

If you come by later just to order food. Like soup or fries you gotta wait in a queue just for that. Since I had nothing else to do, but wait 45mins for a soup

this is the worst staff and the worst general manager in the history of ever, and I travel weekly her name is kaus and she is horrible horrible horrible we had a hurricane. They refused to refund my trip or even changed the date so I ended up getting on a plane and going. I reached there and there was no room for me and they refused to refund me. This will not end I will go and if I have to sue, I will. Do not stay there horrible horrible horrible
