Great bar area. Watched the World Cup. Food was good and well priced. Room was cold.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have tea and coffee available when we checked in.

The property is close to the Sacramento Airport and I-5. Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

The room appeared clean until we walked all the way into the room. There was candy left on the floor, the sheets did not fit the bed, there was a hole in the mattress, and the blinds were broken. The air conditioning worked great.

I love staying at this Four Points when in town. Free Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. My highlight was front desk agent Neha. She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location.

Close to airport The bed was very uncomfortable! The bedding was scratchy and the bedspread too thin and short for the bed; the pillows were far too soft and floppy and offered no support at all. I didn’t sleep one wink.

Staff was very helpful. Took the shuttle to the airport. Staff helped set it up and the shuttle driver was very polite. Outside and rooms were clean. Did not have breakfast because we left hotel at 4:00am. Would highly recommend this hotel

We have been loyal customers of Hotels.com for an extended period, consistently booking trips and hotel stays with them. Unfortunately, we encountered an unexpected parking charge during our recent stay. The website did not clearly advertise this fee, and when we questioned the front desk, they claimed it was advertised. However, the website only mentioned 'parking available.' Hotels.com support was unhelpful, stating they could do nothing about the charge. As long-time customers, it's disappointing that our concerns weren't addressed. Consequently, we will now be contacting hotels directly to inquire about potential parking fees before booking. Note they charge $15.00 per night
