Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

Rip in the desk chair. Rough spot in the bathtub/shower. Questionable hot water. I do not like rooms with the interior cooling/heating system. Too loud for sleeping.

Exceptional

Great hot breakfast and room clean. In safe area

The hotel location was convenient. Truly a great revelation.

Great for airport parking! Beautiful hotel!

I would 100% recommend this hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed and I wasn’t getting in until 2:30 AM. The lady at the front desk helped reserve a room for me and it was a very easy check-in. The hotel is close to Sac international airport. Great location and the entire staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to the airport. This was a bonus!

Good

It was very convenient for next flight Staff was very helpful and accommodating

Exceptional

Very quiet and clean

The room was clean but needs updating. The walls & barn door need a fresh coat of paint. The grout in the bathroom tile is stained. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The safe is broken. The “closet” did not provide a place to hang my dress because the rod and cabinet are too short. The sheets were rough. The towels were not large or fluffy. Our stay was okay but the room felt more like a motel than hotel. Disappointing.

Great experience. No complaints. Super comfortable bed also

Stayed only a few hours to catch early flight. Great location for airport

We were just there over night. The location was close to the airport. The staff was so very friendly.

Got charged for parking on the hotel property!! First time ever charged by any hotel chain for such a ludicrous reason. Trying to eke out any charges they can. Was handed a parking slip “to place in my car window”, but never told that piece of paper cost $15. This is the last time I will use a Sheraton-connected facility.

you could hear noise above, couldn't plug CPAP in to side of bed I was sleeping on.was charged 15.00 for parking. Never had that at a hotel before. Too much light from outside in the room. I probably would not stay again.

Front desk help me with 4 different rooms, she was the best

Nothing much to say Only one washcloth in the bathroom. No suitcase rack.
