Clean, pretty and close to airport

NOT GOOD: there were NO washcloths & I was too tired to call for housekeeping, so I had to use a 'hand' towel to bathe with, which was NOT good since the towel was too big to use as a washcloth! :( I ordered food & the bartender said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes & it was past an hour! :( And I didn't like that I had to go down & pick up my food after a long, exhausting day! The breakfast was NOT so great! The oranges weren't even orange; they looked old. Were the potatoes frozen? No fresh pastries or yogurt

Nice place. But won't be staying here again, after getting surprised with a $40 a night PARKING FEE. What a scam. I could've used that $40 a night to stay at a nicer hotel. One that doesn't penalize people for having a car.

Place was clean, not a lot of options for breakfast but was good. Not a lot of parking and front desk staff could of been nicer... over all would stay there again.

Requested housekeeping service ahead of time for 2 days service, the first day of service the housekeeping-person came at 4:45pm and the second day the person came at 8:30pm asking us if we would like housekeeping service. What do you think about that? What rating should we giving.

I was stay 3 days but room are no clean

Everything i needed for my stay. I loved the Bar and restaraunt for my night there. Also the 24/7 airport shuttle was right on time and my driver was very pleasant.

Very clean modern hotel with excellent friendly staff.

I disliked everything.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have an extra pull out bed. The bathroom was a great size and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was great and helpful. Price was great too. Free parking and had no problems with that.

We stayed here in preparation for a 6am flight from Sacramento. Staff was nice, hotel was clean, we were satisfied. Then came the evening. Now I'm not sure if the walls are super thin or what the issue is but we got no sleep. Literally zero. Above us were a group of people that sounded like they were quite literally playing a soccer match. Jumping off beds, screaming, yelling, crashing into things. We called the front desk multiple times and they let us know they would call them and tell them to stop. It never stopped. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and felt very bad- obviously not her fault. She offered us free waters at check out and you could tell that she genuinely felt awful. I was thankful for her kindness! Airport hotel so naturally people are leaving very early for flights which is understandable, as we were as well. However, every door that opened and closed was terribly loud. Talking, yelling, running down halls. As stated before, the walls must be very thin. I cannot speak for breakfast as we ended up just packing up and leaving since we could not sleep at all. Made for a miserable flight for sure. I wouldn't stay again solely for the noise issues.

Good breakfast,(could be hotter; I suggest they use heating element to keep hot as despite the heavy luds covering food, it is all but cold when eating it. The items were favorable other than that! The restaurant /bar has excellent food and service by Lokash is expedient and friendly! Gym was well supplie!; pool very clean albeit the pool was a bit on cooler side. Other than that all was awesome and highly recommended. I chose here because they also have a 24 hr shuttle service to airport and back on top of the hour saving $ on taxis and convenient shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
