Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport

Comfortable room and bed. Staff was very rigid and unhelpful. Hotel van broke down, so we were left to find our own way back to airport. No vouchers, no other arrangements. Last stay here ever.

Breakfast was very good, staff was helpful, definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay

It’s a great hotel. The staff who greeted us She was really nice. Had good customer service. When we went to our room, the floor in front was pretty dirty. Eventually, somebody came and vacuumed the hallway. I felt like our floors in our room were not mopped they felt dirty but everything else was fine and great shuttle service! The gentleman was very nice and super helpful.

It was okay for a short stay; I didn’t like how the AC was very small for the big room and it wasn’t facing the bed and really didn’t cool the room effectively. Also the bedding was scratchy and thin- not the best. It was good for a one night stay before the airport.Also parking was pretty tight.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt for a week for a business trip. My room/suite was perfect. The layout was excellent and made me feel safe plus comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

Very nice stay I stay here twice a year

There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room. I called ahead to find out shuttle service and was told it ran every twenty minutes on demand. When ou checked in discovered the shuttle ran only every hour and the four o’clock am was filled. Had to take the three am. Another passenger had been told the same thing. Neither of us were very happy about the situation.

Dinner was good. Could have offered a bigger wine selection. Would stay there again,

I am beyond shocked to say that the Holiday Inn across the freeway had better room quality. I've been staying at Hyatts for over 20 years and this was just not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.
