The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was great. Food was nice and hot. It was delicious. The staff was very nice. I will definitely be going back.

It was very clean (the hotel itself plus our room). Food was excellent.

Lots of things under construction, our room had a faulty ac control, had to move to another room that was very far from the elevator, hard for my mobility impaired partner. The room had a very odd set up with cabinets installed on top of a kitchen sink.

I was thankful to have transportation to the airport at 4:30 am. It was very easy and stress free

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL The toilet broke down at midnight and we were asked to suffer through the night without access to a restroom. The manager was supposed to call 2 days ago regarding the situation but she still hasn't followed through. 5

The room was very clean as well as the bathroom, which is most important. The check in staff was very helpful in check us in and making future reservations. Didn’t have a chance to enjoy the breakfast because of an early flight but they do offer a grab and go bag for early flight people and includes danish’s, bagels and toast, and fruit. Made a reservation to return in a month.

Extremely happy with the room. Clean and the bed was comfy. The included breakfast was exceptionally good!

The staff was great, the property was great and easy to get too from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Unlike others who advertise an included breakfast these guys actually provided a very good hot breakfast. I would stay there again over a less expensive property.

First time staying here and this will be my go to for Sac Airport travel hotel. I can’t say enough about the room itself. The bed is incredible, the amentities are wonderful and I especially appreciate the auto light in the bathroom except for when taking a shower, the light will go off due to no movement. A note card should be left indicating this so that you aren’t freaked out when taking a shower. Staff I encounter were wonderful. I wasn’t able to partake in breakfast as I had to leave at 3am but there was food to “grab and go” such as muffins, bagels, coffee etc. thank goodness and this saved me. The location is great as there are so many eateries and places to shop. Look forward to returning.

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and the bed was reeeally uncomfortable!! I asked if I could change rooms, but none were available 😩.

Only issue was the regular self flushing of the toilet. Reported the problem to the front desk. 3Rd floor renovation work wasn't great but turned out OK.
