Complementary breakfast would make the stay excellent.

Hotel lobby was very welcoming with a chic vibe and ultra contemporary furnishings. Amenities included a fully stocked cocktail bar, pool table, board games, and “club” like seating. Outdoor swimming pool was small but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was uniquely designed with modern appliances and decor. However, the wall air conditioning unit was very loud and caused disrupted sleep throughout the night. The bathroom, although spacious with a walk-in shower and separate room for the toilet, was not completely enclosed from the adjacent beds, which meant light (and noise) from the bathroom was not confined to the bathroom. This was very annoying, especially as we were traveling as a family with young kids. The “open” room concept is likely better suited for a couple or a business traveler.

The hotel and the location was perfect for a quick trip to Sacramento. The front desk staff was so welcoming! The hotel property overall was clean and well kept. Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Will definitely return!

shower room is not clean; shampoo and body gel are not available. room key never works; I have to come down each time I return to the hotel.

I accidently left my airpods behind , realized it when I was in the office. When I called the front desk, they said they would look, I have the "FINDMY" Feature which allows me to BEEP the airpods. They said they could not find it. So before going to the airport, I stopped back at the hotel un announce. The lady at the front desk said she was the one I was speaking with to get the airpods. I clicked the BEEPER and it was at the front desk in the drawer next to her.

Friendly, professional staff that helpfully honored my room request. This was also an easy to find convenient location for catching a flight from Sacramento Airport. It was in an area with plenty of dining options. Next time, I may use the airport shuttle. Air conditioner was loud.

The staff were very helpful for my daughter who had to unexpectedly stay here because her flight was missed.

Great option to stay for both adults and families!

Excellent hotel

Where they really fell short was staff/services: -shuttle situation kind of sucks. At pickup I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for a shuttle. At drop off, the shuttle driver was there when I came and requested to leave but said he wanted to wait a bit for no explained reason. Stood around for 10 minutes. -second time I was checking in, after 3pm, no room clean and ready. They scrambled to clean one but then didn’t mark it as occupied so maids tried to barge into my room an hour later to clean it Air conditioning was also ridiculously noisy.

The layout of the room as a whole may work for a family of three such as us when we were staying, but it can easily become an issue if anyone wants proper privacy within the room. The layout of the bathroom having only a curtain to separate it from the room can cause major privacy issues once the shower is in use due to its position and lack of separated space. Additionally, even with the curtain, the lack of any hooks or fastening makes it for a sloppy and easily disturbed privacy matter.

If you have a chance to stay, I definitely would recommend you consider the property. Easy access to the freeway and other close amenities within just a minute of two if needed. Friendly staff that are willing to help !!!!

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, however, I probably wouldn’t return because of the strong floral notes in the fragrance they use in the common areas. Aside from that the stay was great. There were some minor inconveniences such as the inconsistent information given regarding how the free airport shuttle works and the $50 early check-in fee (that was charged to me, but not to another guest who also arrived early in my party.) As far as cleanliness goes, the cleaning crew is on top of it! Sure there were a few stray hairs in the shower and a wrapper under the wall divider, but those things aren’t going to cause me to think the room is dirty. They came every day to refresh my bed and towels, so that’s very nice! I also loved the amenities downstairs in the lobby. We had a great time using the pool table, lounging with some drinks, and didn’t have to worry about being down there too late! Again, if it weren’t for the fragrance I would stay here again. I’m just very sensitive to floral scents because of my allergies, so it definitely bothered my sinuses.
