Nice upstairs bar

The rooms were great but the noise level from other rooms was awful. I took a hotel to sleep, but other rooms partied until 4 AM when I had to get up at 6 AM. Barely slept, should have stayed in my car. I called the front desk 5 times and no answer and three times from my cell. Called the booking line because that was the only person who answered and a 4 minute plus call in the middle of the night. No help, no sleep, and the room wasnt fully stocked with towels or soap.

I have used a lot of hotels and this one was one of the best…

Clean and comfortable

Was a bit nervous after reading other reviews, but room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC was ice cold, the way I like it! Staff were friendly, but the policies are a bit tight, your free water bottles are only at checkin. Things like that. Otherwise stay was perfectly pleasant. For the price, it was worth it. Also the bagel place on the corner outside, is quite good.

At least extended hours for coffee and tea in the lobby.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Property was well maintained. Only thing minor complaint for me was no refrigerator or microwave

Enjoyed staying here for a second time while visiting family in saddle brook. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool or have breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was friendly and room was very comfortable. The bathroom lighting was a little dim but we managed. Will stay here again in the future.

I originally chose this hotel because Crowne Plaza has a good reputation. I was told before getting to property there was ice on every floor and it wasn’t true. The floor I was on and the floor above me had no ice. In order to get ice for my cooler I had to travel to another floor fill bags and go back to my room. Ac wasn’t working staff came to fix and it still wasn’t fixed so I had to have my room changed. Ac was hanging off the wall and toilet kept running. Tv stopped working. Tried to order breakfast to the room and had to go to the 12th floor employee told me that the manager supposedly had the phone and didn’t answer it. Nothing on the menu was available and it was buffet only. I don’t understand why the menu was put in the room if it wasn’t available. I had my children’s order already picked out and had to go back to the room with a lack luckster Ego waffle and a banana Then someone backed up into my car and drove away and there were no cameras in parking lot. Out of the 10 staff members I encountered 2 were decent. They try to rush you when leaving also they deactivated my key at 9 when check out was 11. I’ll never go to a Crowne Plaza again. I was uncomfortable and unsatisfied it got to a point where I felt like I was in a bad movie. If I didn’t have my children I would have left the hotel and taken the loss but my kids would have been even more uncomfortable and upset than they already were.

Very nice hotel, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, because is near the highway it was not quiet at night, and my husband who is very sensitive to noise did not have a good night sleep. If he had ear plugs it would have been fine.

It’s nightmare. The toilet was broken. The sheet was dirty. The smell was unpleasant

Property was just fine for our needs. Convient to Paterson and reasonably priced. Right next to the highway so we were expecting some traffic noise. Staff were very accommodating. One morning, free coffee didn't make it to the lobby.

Need a refrigerator in the room

The hotel from the outside looked very old and distressed. The inside was cheaply remodeled and had a really bad smoke odor despite saying smoking is not allowed. The cleaning crew took my daughters Airpods and we had to hunt them down ourselves with very little front desk support.

La ubicación no es la mejor, sino tienes carro, debes aprender a utilizar el servicio de transporte público (400 mts del hotel) o Uber.

The room was clean. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Only complaint was our air conditioner was not working that well .We made no complaints of it to the front desk . Would stay again . (We only stayed one night.)
