The room was clean. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Only complaint was our air conditioner was not working that well .We made no complaints of it to the front desk . Would stay again . (We only stayed one night.)
-
Not bad for one night.
-
Very noisy, near highway., otherwise clean and comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows

The room was nice and big, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the hotel is clean. The staff was so friendly and nice and Mohammed at the front desk was lovely. It’s very close to lots of things that we were visiting. And the breakfast in the room was delicious.!!

Good place.

Overall a great stay. Would definitely go again.

Because the hotel was unable to provide the room I had reserved, I chose not to stay. Despite this, my credit card was still charged. More than a week later, the hotel continues to refuse to issue a refund. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, showed little interest in resolving the issue, and provided no meaningful assistance. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not clean. They didn’t clean my room for over 7 days! I put the garbage out of the room - it took forever for them to pick it up despite me telling them to do so if they do not clean the room. The hotel is constantly used to have large group gatherings and celebrations. There are lots of people everywhere who do not even stay in the hotel. This is the only IHG hotel in the area. I have been a long term member of IHG and I can say for sure this is not a typical IHG hotel. The hotel is dirty. There is no breakfast. The pool was not even filled with water when we stayed there. There is no noise isolation - I basically could hear people talking on the upper floor while in the bathroom. The iron was burnt and I made marks on my partner’s shirt because of the previously burnt iron sole plate. The hotel did not care about changing towels or cleaning the room. We had to ask for extra towels. There is no close by place to dine except the bagel store on the corner. There are no places to eat nearby within walking distance except for the bagel place.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

A nice enough hotel but the prices were high due to proximity to World Cup venues. Be warned that this property is right next to the Garden State Parkway. The rooms facing the highway are not well sound proofed and you will hear road noise. Also, if you are on the 11th floor, it is right below the Skyline Bar and if they are having events you will hear the noise and music.

Was ok Smell of cigarettes in the room.
-
I was disappointed that no breakfast was served. Only coffee in the lobby.
-
The staff was amazing !!! The manager of the restaurant was so kind and accommodating we got into our hotel late and although the restaurant was closed, he provided food for our family. It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice.

A nice tucked away hotel with great venue and clean room.
-
Good customer service and excellent breakfast The couch in the room has seen better days.
-
The room was decent and didn't have that many complaints. However, there were a ton of cracks in the walls and the ceiling. The air conditioning was very inconsistent. There aren't many amenities that you would normally get at a Crowne Plaza, so this one was significantly worse than other properties for sure.

Our room and bathroom/shower was clean, and the beds and pillows were great. We enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast was wonderful. We both especially enjoyed the eggs. Check in and check out was easy.
-
The room was a standard room with 2 beds, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the furniture was old and not dusted (I actually found a dime under the telephone), the room service menu had all stains on it but since it was a weekend, they did not do room service and there was no refrigerator in the room. I will not stay there again. The front desk person was ok but she did not explain anything i.e. no room service and that there was a party that evening which would affect parking

Perfect stay
