Location of hotel is not the best. Very close to a highway....one can easily miss the entrance.

I cannot state enough how furious I am at Abby or whatever the managers name is... we booked a room last night so we could ride out the heat wave in an air conditioned room, watch the fireworks on TV and swim. We couldn't do any of those things because the entire property had a power outage from about an hour after we arrived until around 3am. We made the best of it, but didn't get to enjoy any of the things we paid for last night. I don't blame the hotel for the outage, but their response was 100% their fault. They refused to credit anything because we "used the room..." What were my options, Abby? Attempt to pack everything back up in a pitch black room to the serenade of the fire alarms in the hall and carry it all downstairs and leave in the middle of the night? That's the kind of customer service Hyatt promotes? We'll never stay in another Hyatt property...

The only thing we were not so pleased with was the kitchen that serves the breakfast was super loud!!! We stayed on the first floor right across the kitchen and that was annoying

The hotel is showing age. But very well maintained. The shower was clean but dated.

They were things I liked and things I didn't like it wasn't particularly close to anything so unless you are going to drive you're going to have to spend money on Uber or taxi. The room was relatively clean the bed was nice and comfortable but everything could have used updating. The staff was friendly enough and the continental breakfast was good but the pool was closed and the parking lot was in the middle of being paved while we stayed. I consider this very usable hotel. Just nothing to write home about.

Desayuno caliente muy completo, y buena calidad de comida. El servicio de la persona encargada del desayuno fue maravilloso y atento.

Staff was amazing and property is well maintained. The breakfast left much to be desired. Oatmeal did not look fresh. Could definitely be a better breakfast experience. And there should be a microwave in the room although there’s one in the lobby… just an inconvenience.

Fast response for the broken toilet, which did not flush. The handyman came quickly and repaired it.

Taking a bus was very confusing, because Google Maps had us running across several lanes of traffic. Fortunately I found the safest and fastest path to the bus in my attached image. There is a paved walkway starting near the hotel all the way to both bus stops. We took bus 164 from RT-4 & Blue Hills to Port Authority. Bus 164 also goes from Port Authority to RT-4 & RT-208, near the hotel. There is a small wooded area with a dirt foot trail that cuts through right near the Hyatt dumpster area. We used the NJ Transit app to buy bus tickets.
