The pool was unavailable for 2/3 of the stay. I was lied to after calling to confirm it would be available for my 3 year old son. Manager was unavailable to speak to. The rooms were dirty with ants, drywall on the ceiling falling in and everything old. Elevator was out of service. There was trash in hallways and mattresses in the parking lot. Most staff rude and unhelpful. I would not stay again. The breakfast was the only positive. Good quality continental breakfast.

We were very disappointed that we could not use the pool during our stay. I wish we had been informed before booking, since the pool was an important part of our decision to stay at this hotel.

The Hyatt name used to mean something. Not anymore. It was more like a motel. Slept in my clothes because nothing felt clean.

Was probably a nice hotel few years ago but now in need of serious update... also location is righ off the hwy so very noisy!!

Proximity to mall. Coffee was strong. Staff was friendly. Though they were very busy. Pool space too warm. Expecting something nicer for a Hyatt. Didn’t expect to see dogs. But got over it. Big roach in the bathroom.

It was just an OK hotel. It is looking run down and has that older musty smell. Breakfast was not that good. I guess I was expecting better having stayed at a Hyatt before.

Breakfast was OK. Shower valve didn't work and noone in my family could bathe. Bathroom door was broken and my 3 year old son closed the door to use the toilet and got stuck in the bathroom.

The location was easy for getting back and forth from Met Life and American Dream Seemed alittle old. The tub filled up when using shower and no one fixed

Unfortunately, during our stay, the power went out due to severe thunderstorms and a tornado watch, and it wasn’t restored for a few hours. While this was beyond the hotel’s control, it did affect our stay. Overall, despite the unexpected power outage, we had a pleasant experience.
