Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the facility was. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was fresh & clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was great!!

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at the Best Western Paramus Hotel & Suites. If I could give zero stars, I would. The issues started the moment I walked through the doors. I had to wait for over 20 minutes just to check in because there was absolutely no one at the reception desk. When a staff member finally decided to show up, they were completely unapologetic, unfriendly, and flat-out rude. It was a terrible first impression that set the tone for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately, the room was no better. The rooms are simply not clean, and it felt like housekeeping hadn't properly turned the space over in weeks. When it came time to sleep, the beds were as hard as a rock, making it practically impossible to get a good night's rest. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in shockingly bad condition—poorly maintained, dirty, and severely lacking the basic upkeep you would expect from a standard hotel chain. Save your money and your time. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay in Paramus, because this hotel is not worth the frustration. Tips for posting: If you have any photos of the dirty room or bathroom, be sure to attach them to your review, as it makes your claims much more impactful to other travelers!

A complete gem of a hotel. And parking is free and plentiful. Actually pretty close to Manhattan via the GW bridge.

The property was conveniently located and very clean. Room was excellent bigger than what I expected. Only issue i have and this is with several hotel properties, The Breakfast. Hotels need to offer a non pork/ veggie option. No we dont have to eat it but options are nice

Staff was accommodating & easy to deal with. Pricing for all hotels in this area was very expensive due to FIFA World Cup Soccer (June 2026), so this is what I ended up with. The outside of the property could use a some love. It looks to be renovated but still has the "old" building feel. Room was clean. Floors have vinyl plank flooring-no rug-but appeared to be uneven in my room (lots of visible bumps across the floor). Bed was marginally comfortable. Drapes are just decorative-they don't close all the way. The sheer curtains underneath do close. Bathroom was clean and well lit but the lamps in the bedroom area need higher power light bulbs. Lastly, the hotel is situated on the on-ramp to NJ-route 17 South from the GSP. A major issue during rush hour to try and get over to the parking lot without getting hit. This fact alone makes me hope I don't need to stay here again.

Nice place and conveniently located. Only downside was that we were on the second level and there was apparently no elevator.

Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!

Well kept and place properly renovated. Only issue: no elevator if you are hauling a lot of luggage: only 2 floors though so ok for most.

Customer service was great and very helpful. The room was clean.The only issue is a lack of an elevator as we were located on the second floor.

The hotel is right off HWY 17, with the ingress to the hotel located where vehicles often travel off the Parkway at speeds exceeding 50 MPH. It is dangerous to leave the hotel at times, and it is easy to miss the turn coming in, requiring an additional 5-mile trip.

Great bed. Great shower. Quiet for being right off the highway . Breakfast good. Red Lobster right next door.

Shame on Expedia for showing stairs in the photo but NOT mentioning that there was NO Elevator. It was very challenging for a 77 year old woman to drag her suitcase up the stairs. And Best Western employees DID NOT off to help.
