The property was very clean and maintained. The cost was a bit high, and complimentary coffee and perhaps a conti ental breakfast would have been nice for the cost.

However, the bed was a major issue. The mattress was clearly worn out and lacked proper support. I got completely sank into it, which made it very difficult to sleep and left my back sore. The bed frame also seemed damaged, as it made loud cracking noises every time I moved. This not only woke me up repeatedly but also disturbed my kids sleeping in the same room. If I hadn’t gone to bed so late and my kids were already asleep, I would have requested a room change. Unfortunately, the noise got so bad that I ended up sitting in the sofa chair for much of the night just to help avoid waking my family. Given the poor sleep quality and the condition of the bed, I believe a partial refund would be reasonable. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I recommend checking the bed as soon as you get to your room rather than waiting until late at night.

They charged for parking at this suburban hotel. It’s just $10 but made me fee like I was getting ripped off.
