Excellent check in with a delicious cookie. Love the clean and spacious room. Close to Paramus park mall. The only frustration was finding an ice machine that worked. 3 floors was a charm but I think all ice machines should be working or the guest notified before going on a wild goose chase. An “out of order” sign with next closest location would have been thoughtful.

The breakfast had a very nice variety of foods to choose from from hot to cold entrees. Parking was never an issue and the parking lot was always very well lit.

Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel/motel in my 79 years! The cook was superb, as was the presentation of the food. and the cleanliness of the eating room. The woman who cooked and ran the breakfast was lovingly referred to as the "kitchen Goddess" by the staff. I hope she is well paid. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Better lighting in our room.

The common areas where very well kept and the room was clean. However, the room had a very musty smell the entire time even with the AC on low. The corridors looked newly renovated but my room needs new carpet I think.
