No fridge or microwave

The stay was great - however the rooms were extremely cold - tried to bring down the temperature but to no avail - other than that stay was great

I would say: 1. My room wasn't cleaned each day, even though I stayed only two nights. I expected it to be clean on the first day. 2. Second, in the soda, candy bar, and chip section, prices were $4, which is far too high. I understand they need to make a profit, but they should cut prices by 50%. It's the little things like that that decide whether a person will use that hotel again.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Close to family and groceries, very kind and professional staff, good value Facet too far from sink basin, water went everywhere. No blackout curtains. Minor

It was convenient to the highways and a nearby mall. The staff was professional, the hotel is clean and welcoming. I did not have the breakfast on the premises but they did provide you with a to go package which include water, bagel and a fruit -- perfect. I will be booking there again if I have the need.

Rooms are nice and clean, staff was nice, good service and helpful.

Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was good and front desk staff was helpful. Easy parking. TV Guide was not user-friendly. Hotel was easy access off of the interstate.

Nice hotel. The room was good, and the lobby very good. The room and lobby were dusty. Breakfast was ok at best. Coffee was weak and flavorless.

Harmon the clean towels and bathtub when I checked in. But it happens.

The breakfast is something to eat but not great. It’s a hard 10:00am shut down - doors are closing by 9:59.5 so don’t get caught inside.

Though I feel this was a little expensive for a Hampton Inn it was conveniently located in Paramus and our stay was good. The breakfast was better than many Hampton Inn breakfasts and I love that they had homemade oatmeal (instead of instant). The coffee was okay though the dark roast was not very dark. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that the bathroom had a night light but I do not like pocket doors on bathrooms (no privacy) and the bathroom should have an exhaust fan, which it does not. Bed was comfortable. We had a room with 2 queen beds and there was only one small nightstand (a shelf) between the two beds. It could use another nightstand on either side of the beds with lamps. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was pretty quiet. Elevator was slow. Overall I would recommend this hotel if staying in Paramus.

Everything Nothing

Elevator floors were gross- sticky and dirty. Rooms were clean but chairs at desk were very stained. Staff was nice and helpful at check in.
