Positives: The front desk staff were nice and there’s plenty of parking.

I had a very lengthy stay in July! Everything was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bed and linens are top of the line and the restaurant has very good choices for dinner. All in all, a complete 5 stars!!

They have a good services.

Hotel as a whole is a bit run down . Ice machines did not work on majority of the floors. My shower door was broken off so the floor was soaked after every shower . I had two rooms and one shower had a door the other did not . Unknown stains in the shower and on the floor, it was clearly something you can’t just scrub off so the hotel needs to replace the flooring in that case. A/c was not working well in 100+ degree weather in both rooms . Maintenance did what they could but ..they should probably invest in that . (Things that mattered to me but probably not to others: 20.00 parking daily???? Should be free considering no valet . And 7.00 water?????? Are we at the airport?) But again I will say the staff was VERY pleasant !

The BIGGEST THING is they charged us twice for the room. Once when my friend made the reservation. They paid. And then again, when I gave the front desk my credit card for the incidentals, $50 a night, and the $20 a night fee for parking. I was prepared to stay three nights but checked out after two. So, so, so disappointed and now quite broke financially from them charging me so much. Never ever again will I or my family stay there.

Easy check in and out. The room was clean and the AC was on cold ready for us.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Was wishing the price would be better for the size of the room. They charge you separately for parking and do not offer a free continental breakfast like many hotels do. I am not unhappy with the staff and understand it is not their fault. Still a clean and safe place to stay.

Clean, nice room. I called about a week ago because I was going there for tournament. This was the closest to the tournament and where we were going out to eat afterwards staying for one night. It’s a little pricey it doesn’t really offer you much. No pool, bar looks kind of ehhh and I’m sure expensive. Now I live in New York, if I leave my car at the train station for 24 hours parking cost me $3. For one night at the Marriott, parking cost me almost $15. I overpaid on a room for one night as a company with this economy, you don’t need to nickel and dime people for parking a lot, that’s a lil disgusting. Not the nicest area, no nice view, no pool. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless the prices are much cheaper

The bathrooms are ridiculously small and offer no privacy given the design with the sliding door. Anything and everything done in the bathroom can be heard in the room. It’s an echo chamber…
-
Hotel cleanliness was fine. But charging for parking and charging for WiFi is crazy.

The rooms inside are pretty nice and renovated. Lobby and bar area is nice as well. Exterior and some of the common areas like hallways and stairs def showing its age. Parking is available but there is a fees that’s a bit disappointing considering this in in the burbs and ain’t downtown. Otherwise it’s worth the stay.

I didn’t receive any service. Even the refund

Aside from that, the hotel renovation favors a modern "austere" minimalist room design that leverages prior desk and headboards for the renovated furniture options that feature ONE single drawer located under the shelf for the ice bucket and glasses to house the Gideon's Bible and possibly a handful of undergarments or personal effects. Gone are traditional nightstands with drawers (replaced by two floating shelves and elongated lighting that provides a bright nightlight option in addition to possible reading light) and/or any additional drawers anywhere in the room. Towel hooks, bars or anywhere to hang a wet towel in the bathroom or room are also a lost amenitiy. MINIMALIST!
