The location is perfect and room is clean. However, our room (room 3) needed some updates. The tub was peeling enamel and light bulbs were burned out, the toilet seat was old and seemed like it had been painted. I loved the cookies and the staff was amazing!

We have stayed at this property in the past and were pleased each time. This visit proved to be a different experience. When we arrived, no staff appeared to be on premise so, my wife called a switch board and was told that our room keys should be on the front desk. They were there, so wanting to drop off luggage we took the keys and went to the room. We were allowed to park at the temporary parking lot across the street. The other surprise was that the next morning again no staff were on-site and there no longer appears to be breakfast available. Perhaps this was an advertised change that we simply missed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but we may look at other properties to visit in future trips.

Clean room, wonderful friendly staff, wonderful stay!!

So- the "bed and breakfast" that I found when looking online no longer includes the "breakfast" part- so be clear about that. It is located in the perfect location amongst shops and so many places to eat. Also easy to pop over to about 3 trolly stops by foot. Some folks complained about parking- we were there during the summer, so off season they allowed us to mark directly across from the "hotel". They do not have any staff on hand except a few hours during the day. Not many rooms. The common areas do need some cleaning up and refresh for sure- but we would stay here again.

Look elsewhere as it not only located next door to a veny nightly loud band next door but has a tub i would not use and a sink that needs to be replaced. Gave us the feeling the bed might not be up to par. One night and we will never go bsck.

Right in town, walking distance from everything. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Location was great! Centrally located, walked to everything. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, place was clean, Barbara at the front desk was awesome and she bakes very good cookies which were available every day. Very nice court yard and deck so plenty of relaxing areas. Building is a little older, however they are making updates with a bar / kitchen coming soon. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our third time staying at this property and we've always had a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean, the location could not be better, and the staff is attentive. However, there were some inaccuracies with the information posted regarding extras. There was no complementary champagne on arrival. Also, after booking, the property sent a message that they were no longer serving breakfast. Lastly, in one section is says elevator to all levels and on another, it says no elevator. We didn't need it, but it matters to some. To my recollection, there isn't one. Overall, it was a great stay. It's extremely convenient to the Historic District. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others, but the info presented needs to be accurate.

Great location. Horrible location. Downtown Historic District. However, when you check in and there are ear plugs and a noise machine, it doesn't bode well for the trip. I scoured the website regarding the noise. The hotel is adjacent to a bar with a patio with a band almost nightly. When I contacted the manager/receptionist, she indicated that this information was on the website. It was not. The band did not finish until 11:15/11:20pm (well beyond the 10pm we were told). There's no longer breakfast.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The music from local restaurants was great to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Our only complaint was the tub looked a littdirty and needed some maintenance. Everything else was clean and wonderful! The staff was very helpful and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The parking is down the street but very easy walk.

Location, right in the heart of the historic district Large king size bed Cons: Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day) Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast

Lovely and In the heart of it all. The building is quaint but old. Our room was tiny but i dont know if all are that small.

The place was run down inside and out with leaky plumbing and clogged drains. You had to park in a lot which was about a 10 minute walk from the house, so I was concerned about vandalism at night. Staff person was available at check in, but unavailable after that. We have stayed in worse places, but this house was not worth the money.. A Very disappointing stay..

My wife and I had a wonderful time, we are definitely coming back the stuff was wonderful.

It's in a great location in the old historical district, within walking distance to most attractions. The facility in general is a bit tired. It could use some TLC. The parking area is a few blocks away. They do not offer breakfast, however there are plenty of options close by.

The general property is very run down. Parking is not convenient at all.

  • Engine customer May 2026

The inn is old but what do you expect from the oldest nation. Its smack in the middle of the historic district, you step out and your right in it. Barbara was our staff person and was absolutely lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our next weekend with them during our visit

It was a great place to stay and so close to everything in historic downtown. My only issue was that I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. I wanted to enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning. Other that that it was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and spacious room. Parking pass is included which helps because parking in St Aug is expensive. Will stay here next time.

So my biggest complaint was that the St Agustin Inn Bed & Breakfast didn’t serve any breakfast. I booked the Casablanca Inn on my last stay and there was a delicious breakfast plus a free drink included. The Agustin Inn has nothing other than shared coffee making on the landing (not in the room). Downstairs is like a ghost town (especially at night as ther e are no staff after 5pm) while the stair carpets are dirty and tired and the towels are changed every day but are ‘gray’. It just needs some love and I can’t help feeling the current owners are using it a little as a cash cow and not reinvesting. I hope my review doesn’t harm their business but I have to say it as I see it!
