It was NOT as advertised , Our tv did not work , the ceiling fan did not work , there was no thermostat control in room so the room was VERY HOT (good thing we brought a fan with us).the parking was VERY tight . The only good thing I could say about property is the location. I don’t think we will stay there again .

This hotel was miss represented. The pictures and the advertising statements were not true to the present property. The buildings are rundown and the grounds have not been kept up. Parts of the hotels are cleaned out and are being renovated. The parking area is terrible. We did not eat the breakfast which was an extra charge. Totally over priced for the rooms and amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad experiance.

When we arrived @ 5:30pm there was no place to park. I tried to enter the Inn using the instructions that were sent to me via text but the combination would not allow me to enter. I tried going next door to the Charlotte Inn but there was no one there either. I called and called both phone numbers and left message (I also texted) and could not get response from anyone. Finally, we gave up and went to a motel. I continued to call until 7:00pm. At 8:00pm, I received a text message simply saying that I had been sent the instructions by text which was of no help at all.

There was no room refrigerator or microwave. No desk in the room, no closets and one old chair where i placed my suitcase. The inn was under construction and ours was tge only room rented. I had the feeling that the new owners were in the process of a major renovation and saw dollar signs when we made our renovation. They djould hace closed the inn completely untill they were donecwith thrir construction. We left a day early a day early saying that ee had a family emergency and loosing $310.00 rather than stsy another night. I hate to leave bad reviews. But i had to estn others of our experience.

#16 These are the things that were wrong. When we got in town we had a tour booked, but we wanted to know if we could check in first nobody answers the phone so then I tried texting the number and no one answered until hours later we were already on our tour. We got into the unit which they end up telling us in our check-in instructions that we’re in the carriage house behind the main property. Granted this looks like two rooms that were built above a garage.. so we go inside. There’s no toilet paper. We texted immediately tried calling no answer still to this day. Have not gotten any answers on anything thankfully we were only there one night. The outlets in the bathroom did not work for my friend to blow dry her hair in there. My friend is older and doesn’t really use her cell phone for her things so she was kind of irritated that there wasn’t a clock in the room. The biggest thing is there are no AC thermostats in the rooms. They are locked up in the hallway so you do not have your own AC in your room thank God it was not Mid summer and we made out OK. The porch lights were shining through the bedroom windows because the blinds are all broken and messed up. The shower does not drain while you’re in there so it’s like you’re taking a bath. The property below you there are tons of debris and trash. It looks like a construction zone. Yes, they are under construction in the main building, but they have everything stored outside. It looks like a mess. I have pictures too!

Great location

Location was great, bed was comfortable. Not so great was the lack of on site amenities and staff. The two days we stayed nothing was cleaned up. Our coffee cups from the first morning were still sitting dirty next to the coffee maker a long with dirty cups from other guest on the tables. They do say to clean up after your but provide no way of “cleaning” anything. Never experienced this at a bed and breakfast before. We called because we needed toilet paper, left a message and never got a call back. Another guest gave us a new roll from their room. Nice location and place but needs a little bit more hospitality.

Clean room and location was good Small rooms. I broke my toe on a small bench they had at end of bed. Less than 2 feet on each side of bed.

Greta location No front desk, no communication, no breakfast that was advertised, no coffee, no staff.
-
Definitely an amateurish operation. House was plain, no decorations. No counter space in bath, no desk, drawers, or closet in room. Parking was a very bad joke. Hard to find anyone to do anything - no front desk staff at all. Room not available on time. Very onerous cancellation and change policies. Not worth the cost AT ALL - stay somewhere else!

The staff was impossible to work with. When I called to explain we could not make it due to being in the hospital they simply hung up on us. Even tried to move the reservation to another weekend but still no response. Absolutely worst experience ever.

I was disappointed, first of all there was no front desk, no breakfast oddly enough for a bed and breakfast, not even coffee. Limited staff although the lady overseeing the property was very nice and would offer water and towels . The room was very small.

There was no breakfast or welcome wine. False advertisement

It was a great option in Saint Augustine for the busiest time of the year

Clean and very comfortable bed. Great location. Walking distance to everything.

I booked through a third party which I paid for Breakfast both days the 28th and 29th mornings which we only got on the 29th. The rooms were small and pictures that they use for the booking are not accurate to what they are now. I have so many negative things to say about this business and property and how it was managed The only positive that i can say is Galene is amazing, she found out about the owners not accomodating us and did everything in her power to make it right. I hope they can learn from Galenes professionalism and empathy towards the patrons.

Communication was excellent with Kayleen. Highly recommend. Within walking distance of everything.

Walked into a dirty room and never got a response after texting and sending pics

Very charming ! Wonderful location ! Parking a little uncomfortable but everything else made up for it !

No sitting area inside, nowhere to put clothes, didn’t see anyone from the Inn except house keeper that didn’t speak much English. No text replies until the day before we left. A sign said to go to receptionist at the Inn beside us and there was not a desk or anyone found.
