Enjoyed the stay and the view Was not aware or warned about parking fees and destination fees which should have known before hand Probably would have paid anyway but it would have been nice to know up front beforehand instead of the surprise which totaled $ 244.00

We always stay at this Hilton when we visit st Augustine. Valet usually parks our car in the front area so we can access when we need to. Staff is great and personable. The rooms are clean. We do recommend a balcony! Location is close to everything. The only not great thing was water pressure in the shower. No biggie tho.

Perfect location in St. Augustine! It was hot while we were in town, & this hotel is right in the middle of downtown-perfect for taking much needed breaks. Also, the staff was super friendly & kept cold water bottles for guests. We were given complimentary wine our first night as well as a room credit that we used at the bar. It was a great hotel!

Beautiful property walking distance to town. Very nice rooms and breakfast was exceptional. Music in the evening. Water pressure was horrible. It was hard to wash my hair and even after 20 minutes I didn’t feel like all the shampoo was rinsed. I didn’t use the Pool but noticed it was very small.

You won't find a nicer and more relaxing place to stay. We stayed in the 'light green' portion, with river-facing room on the second floor, with a beautiful view of the Bridge of Lions, and all the boat going by, (and the often present 'pirate ship') . Staff was wonderful. The Vale parking folks were super fast and the bartenders were great. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Don't look elsewhere. One of the best and most unique (in a very good way) hotels I've ever stayed at.

Great location to the downtown historic district. Many shops and attractions are close by. Rather quiet spot with a pass through lobby to the streets behind the hotel. Staff was very courteous and professional. Great job to the valet staff.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. No issues whatsoever. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great for strolling around historic st Augustine.

The location was amazing and staff was friendly, only negative was, if you stay more than one or two nights, you might not get clean towels in the morning or clean trash cans.

The best location in St. Augustine is on the waterfront. You can walk around the centre of the city from the hotel. We saw dolphins in the river from our nice balcony. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Staff were polite and courteous and sorted out any concerns. Parking is pricey at $40 a day.
