Loved this place, and so close to everything!!

The staff at this bed and breakfast are super helpful and nice. The house is in excellent condition and clean but it is the staff that make it. They have parking which is a big deal in St. Augustine.

This B & B was truly awesome! I traveled alone and it made me feel safe, comfortable, and was within walking distance to Downtown St. Augustine making it even better! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Friendliness of staff

The staff kindness and willingness to please us was exceptional, especially Eva. Wifi signal wasn’t strong enough . We stayed in the Moonstone bedroom and couldn’t login., which wasn’t a big minus.

Breakfast starting too late - 08:30 AM. Breakfast not good, basically no options to chose from a menu, no buffet. Instead I was served something weird - not your regular breakfast. No eggs, not even bread or toast. However staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast seemed home made which is a plus. But I would rather have went out to get my own breakfast from anywhere and much earlier, if I had known.

Breakfast was good but they ran out of fruit the second morning, which I missed. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies and drinks. No fruit the second morning and cars were too loud on the street late at night facing our windows making it difficult to sleep.

Location

Location-location-location could walk everywhere. Our room called Moonstone was too small for two people. We’ve stayed here before in another room. Their rooms are lively, but Moonstone was much smaller than I realized when I booked.

The parking was easy, spacious, and very convenient. What made the experience even more special were the warm and friendly people who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others. NA

The room was clean, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we parked across the street in their second lot, it was the perfect spot for us because we had a bigger vehicle. Perfect location to walk everywhere. I didn’t have to use our vehicle to go to local restaurants and sightsee all the major attractions.

Lisa was so accommodating and helpful! The extras like water, pop, coffee, cookies, wine, were a bonus! She also gave us great recommendations! Everything was wonderful.

Room was very clean, just needs a little TLC. Bed and sheets were the best in our room! Staff, wine, and breakfast were all great! And the special chocolate covered strawberries were a nice touch for our anniversary!

We were lucky enough to grab a room for a birthday weekend. We prefer the aesthetic and feel of a Bed and Breakfast, instead of staying in a cookie cutter hotel. These buildings were historic, quaint, and perfect for what we wanted. The location was great, and parking was included. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and they made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was outstanding!

Location was perfect. Walking distance from everything. Check out time was good and checking easy.

We don't typically eat a big breakfast but did have am coffee in the dining room love the New Orleans vibe music. And staff. Xx

Location, parking, staff, breakfast, and a very comfortable bed. Located in the historic district close to everything that was of interest to us. Heard very little to no outside noise.

Breakfast was very tasty and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was served at the main location which was a short walk across the street. This house was quiet, had a great location, and wine and soft drinks were included along with fresh baked cookies.
