The property was a Funeral Home! in a previous life! The management says it’s haunted. My family and I did not experience anything untoward, but I would not have booked there if I knew its history. Caveat emptor!

Great location just a a block off of everything. Located on a quiet neighborhood street, with onsite parking, you can park your car and literally walk to everything. Which is great for downtown St Augustine. Our up stairs balcony room was perfect for our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and no issues whatsoever so ever. Keyed entry to the building and your room. Snacks and drinks in the common areas with a light breakfast served for your convenience during the morning with different accommodations throughout the day and evening. Housing keeping daily and the staff are so nice! Everyone we encountered made the stay extremely pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and definitely enjoyed oils come again. Nothing!

The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was yummy and filling. Perks with happy hour wine and beer and cookies plus a delicious tiramisu dessert. They also gave us an extra treat of chocolates and brut for our anniversary. Would stay there again. Parking was convenient and everything was walkable in the town.

Location was perfect. The staff absolutely welcoming and kind. Really appreciate the main breakfast but choices available if that wasn’t your vibe. Daily happy hour is a plus. Not a dislike but an observation: lots of little fruit flies around the breadbox.
