Hilton Vacation Club St. Augustine

We arrived at 4:00 pm for an on time check in and were told our room was not ready. We sat patiently in the lobby for almost 2 hours. We finally talked to the manager and he said they were working on the freezer in the unit. The staff was friendly and kind, but we felt they should have placed us in a different unit instead of having us sitting in the lobby. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The pool area was clean and nice. There are no restaurants on the property or anywhere on the grounds. Not much to do. We hung out at the pool and then went downtown for dinner which is a 30 min drive. This location is pretty isolated.

Unfortunately the pool was under construction ,it would have been a great asset. Other than that we had an amazing stay ! We will be returning and hopefully the pool will be up and running by then.

Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer and me. She was friendly, worked efficiently and tried hard to accommodate the complaint while checking me in. She did a great job. Check out was easy and quiet due to our check out time.

Front desk was friendly Pool under construction ? which really sucks for my lil one maybe till june will open

The staff was very responsive and quick to bring extras when asked and answer any questions, property was nice and fun, room was perfect, the only complaint is the bathtubs were stained and need renovating otherwise all was perfect

The pool heater broke before our arrival and we were not able to use the pool. It’s a shame, as it’s a beautiful pool area.

Stayed one night ,room had plenty of space. But only one small trash can ,the coffee maker was very confusing to use could only make hot water, and had dishes and all the fixings but no dish soap or dishwasher stuff to clean anything same for washer and dryer

The pool was quite large, but too cold the time of year that we were there. The hot tub was large and there was a grilling area. I imagine in warmer months it’s really fantastic to be there.

Great pool. Family activities at clubhouse - pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, etc.

Its a nice property, very clean and the staff is excellent and responsive. The pool area is great and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

The grounds were beautiful and the pool was so nice. The unit was old and is desperate need of updating. There is basically no internet.

Was greeted with smiles upon arrival and communication from staff via text message our whole stay. Room was clean and the kids slept well which a win for sure!! When the air handler would turn on it would make a weird sound like something was rattling around inside.

I liked the ability to text back and forth with the staff to get quick answers to questions, requests and concerns Top of the line on response times each time. The only thing that was even a minor issue was the ponding of rain water in front of our room ( 214) door after rains. It was mopped up and a wet sign put up after request but continued to occur Something in remodel at least needs to be done to correct slope of entrance to unit sidewalk.
