THE POOL WAS WONDERFUL AND GREAT TO SIT OUTSIDE. STAFF WERE ALL EXCELLENT AND HELPFUL.

The hotel has a strong musty smell. Our room was very humid. They are doing upgrades which are much needed, but it seems that it will take time to complete.

This place was not great at all our rooms a/c was broken and it was extremely hot they would not move our rooms and the shower did not work only the bath would not recommend

Place is a dump, falling apart don't let pictures fool you. You've been warned.

This hotel is in need of updating, luckily the bed was clean (at least appeared to be). There were drink rings in the side tables, nails sticking out of walls where the pictures used to be, and overall just seemed not clean. When we got to the third floor, it smelled like something moldy or paint thinner? Overall, would not recommend this place.

Nice stay, close to highway. secluded backed in a non-residential, not busy area. Older Holiday Inn and going through some renovations and could upgrade the landscaped area.

My room was very clean. Staff were very friendly.

When we got there, check in went smoothly. When we got to our room, we had issues. We reserved a king bed with a lake view. We got a parking lot view. We would have lived with that but, we couldn't get the door to latch shut. When we went downstairs, there were no other rooms with king beds available. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

Me decepciono demasiado, cuando hice la reserva por expedia decia que era pet friendly. Yo tengo un certificado de apotyo emocional de mi perra, al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que por no ser un service dog sino un emotional support teniamoss que pagar 80 dolares la noche por ella, me parece absurdo, por que en ingun momento en expidia decia eso. Me costo mas estadia del perro que la mia, muy decepcionante no lo recomiendo. Ademas el cuarto estaba lleno de polxvo, las personas no eran amables.

Dirty -broken down-

The pictures online were obviously taken many years ago. The grounds are unkept and looking a bit neglected. However, that didn't worry us as pictures not being updated were not of a priority as long as we felt safe at the property, and we did. We stayed the first night and all seemed well. We got up the next morning and went out and enjoyed the shopping and food and had a very fun time. We came back with plans to visit some shops the next day because we hadn't been able to make it to them on our first pass. I dressed for bed, was sitting with my legs hanging off the side, with my laptop on my lap, I caught something out of the corner of my eye on the head of the bed. I turned quickly to see a roach running across the headboard. It ran immediately to the corner of the riveted padding of the headboard and disappeared into the back of the padding. IMMEDIATELY!, I knew I WOULD NOT be sleeping on a bed that had bugs living in the headboard. We gathered our things immediately because we were definitely finding somewhere else to stay. I went down to the desk and asked for a refund so I could go get another place to stay. They were not the slightest bit fazed that I had seen a roach on my bed. So, I guessed this was common or just not an unusual occurrence for them to hear. At first, they were not offering any return of my monies to be able to pay for another place but did end up giving back $199 after some back and forth about me not wanting to stay at an invested hotel!

Staff was absolutely amazing!!!! Hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. Check in was smooth and easy. I will be back for sure!

The floor was sticky and for some reason the room seemed little damp. We got in around 1030 was late. Would have asked for another room, but was to tired.

Tub issues with the handle Security lock was damaged door looked like it was kicked in/ with visible damage

If you’re looking for a place away from all the noise this is the place for you. The staffs are extremely helpful and willing to help at every turn.
