Holiday Inn St. Augustine - World Golf by IHG

The staff and the room were great after we switched rooms. The facility is going through a renovations so just need to be sure you’re on a floor that isn’t being renovated. I am sure once the renovations are complete the place will be amazing. Thank you staff for accommodating me and finding a room that was more suitable.

The property needs maintenance but the location is stunning if you want to get away from everything and the staff could not have been more pleasant! If I am ever in the area again I will stay there! :)

The front desk staff was very kind super sweet and professional. The parking felt well lit. We did not attend breakfast. There were no side entry doors so I felt this was a little inconvenient for me but not a big issue.

Looks like room was refreshed by non professionals especially in the bathroom sloppy paint chops, dirty, grout, toilet seat, loose, and somehow leaked from under the toilet after it’s flushed

Room have strange smell maybe mold or humidity, furniture in poor condition, hot water not working properly, we had to change to another room

Right now I am staying at a holiday inn at Cúcuta Colombia and what a difference. I will keep using for now Holiday inn hotels thanks to the treatment I received in my stay in Colombia

I was really surprised at this property. I thought it was a world, renowned golf hotel. It was absolutely no bar. The restaurant was small. It looks like it has been updated but on the fourth floor our room was good, but the hallways were disgusting. They had horrible carpeting with stains all over them, and we came out of the elevator. The walls were chipped.

Nice staff and very helpful. Rooms are old. The floors need to be cleaned badly.

Hotel out dated. And charging $16 for breakfast.

Hotel staff was great. The beds were great and room nice but hallways and room need painting as beat up due to workers staying there The only issue is horrible showers took 8 minutes to get warm water.

Housekeeper need to check the room better and make sure the sheets or clean better we had serval stains we stayed for 3 night and didn’t get serves

Semi updated facility. Clean room and cold a/c. Small fridge and microwave and kuerig in room. Very spacious room.Friendly staff. Close to restaurants Beds are VERY uncomfortable and pillows are hard. Rust around bottom outside of bath tub, VERY low water pressure, the a/c grill was broke and falling off and a/c had a musky smell. The extra door lock was very loose. Everything really needs to be completely updated and fixed. Breakfast cost about $16.

Yes, I was offered another room but if you have ever traveled with pets changing rooms is more of a hassle than enduring cold showers and damp clothes. At least with my pet it is.

False advertisement on booking.com and holiday Inn rooms didn't look exactly what the picture displayed ( A.I generated ) as soon as you get off the elevator ( 4th floor ) you can see the carpet was molded and never cleaned ( i have pictures to show you ) room smell mold on the sprinklers bathroom look like they the pasture the ceiling like they had leakage before ( i have pictures) holiday Inn looked like a cheap rundown hotel STAY AWAY
