Worst bed in a hotel I have ever slept in. My back was killing me. When I told employee working desk next morning, his response was all our beds are like that. Very disappointed.

Location - grounds and very clean rooms

While the hotel was beautiful my room was not clean. It was hair in my shower, on my toliet and all over the floor. As if housekeeping for got to wipe & clean the bathroom.

The hotel requires upgrades and renovations. Ever since the PGA Tour relocated, the hotel has seen incurred an impact to its structure, by not spending the funds to keep up its high level maintenance. The hotel is nice, but needs a lot of attention. The room was good and clean and service was excellent.

Room was not cleaned left towels and that’s it, there is a charge for parking ( Unbelievable) my room was 170.00 dollars a night did not include breakfast and internet, this place is on the downside. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Breakfast Bed was hard was put in room with no view was told they couldn’t do anything
-
The only thing was that there were little bugs on the carpet and one bit my dog; otherwise, everything was lovely.

Hotel is fine, unfortunately the overall vibe of the World Golf Village is tired.

Very nice hotel & very professional staff- reminds me of an Embassy Suites inside. The only issue was that the walls are not sound proof at all! I could hear the person in the room next to me coughing, just normal, coughing, anything crazy. You can hear toilets, flushing door, slamming people, talking in the hall holes, and parking lot noise. Other than not sleeping well, it was a nice place.

Nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean but a little dated and could use a refresh.

We got a room with a view of the lake. Very nice, spacious, clean and confortable. The pool was clean, my family enjoy it. At the restaurant the server was awesome. The food delicious and the salted caramel cheesecake my favorite more than delicious!!!!

Bar tenders were well versed in the drinks, but the service was slow. There was live music and the guy was great, but he was not part of the hotel. All in all I would go again. But not at $230 a night. I will wait till a sale comes up. I wouldn't pay more than $170 per night at this world golf resort st agustine.

Pretty sad for a Renaissance-branded property. If you have no other choice in the area then go ahead and stay here but don't expect much. I stayed one night and the hotel was hosting a middle school girls' cheerleading camp. Non-stop yelling and screaming inside and out until almost 10:30pm. Blocking hallways and elevators. Front desk staff told me nothing except "quiet hours start at 10pm" and seemed unconcerned with my lack of peace and quiet. The restaurant didn't open until 5pm and so I had to drive out of the complex into town to grab lunch when I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon. The a/c in my room had multiple-personality disorder and I shut it off. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a 2 out of 10 and I could only turn the faucet off by moving the handle way to one side and smashing down on it. I tried to valet my car but they require you to use an app (!!) yes that's right, use an app...and the app didn't work so I ended up parking my car. The hotel is old and I hear they are in process of the entire World Golf Village complex being bought by outside capital. If you were a friend or family member I'd strongly advise you to book elsewhere.
