Great experience, will definitely be back . Everything was amazing, from the room, amenities and food to the amazing Staff. Johanna was exceptional at her craft, ask her for the Lemon Spritzer. Everything closes early, wish they had a few more hours before closing restaurant and bar. Rested so well, and woke up refreshed every morning. Looking forward to coming back!

Stayed for 1 night. Good location, comfortable rooms, great restaurant ,

The hotel is well worth the price because it is beautiful, clean, and close to historic sites. Parking is additional (valet) but you can save the $40 and park in the open tourist lot (not affliated with hotel) that is just behind the hotel. Food was great and the credit for charging it to the room was nice. Comp. drinks daily was a plus. Great photo opp stop at the entry stairs. Bar staff and front desk staff were pleasant. Waited about 30 minutes for extra linens so I left and never received them.

Very, very nice property. Great location and room was spacious, clean. There was a nice balcony and a sundeck on the floor. The restaurant served a great breakfast. Highly recommmend.

Everything about our stay was great!
-
The staff was exceptionally professional and accommodating during our stay to make it memorable! Busy intersection
-
Absolutely beautiful facility It cost us almost $900 for 3 nights plus they charge $30 a day for parking and an additional $30 a day fee. They credited us back $15 a day and gave us 2 free drinks for each day from the bar. Not really sure what the $30 charge was for. It seems if you pay $900 for 3 nights , parking would be included.

Huge cockroaches in bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Staff went above and beyond. It was perfect.

Location was 5 minutes from Castillo de San Marcos. Also, right across from visitor center and trolley rides. We were on the road side and had a balcony so was a little noisy at night and in the morning.
-
The room was well kept and the atmosphere was very nice. Our room seemed to vibrate when the overhead ac was on.
-
I asked about the noise from the ice machine, and by the time I returned to my room the noise from the machine was addressed as promised! Lobby, room, and especially bathroom was very clean! Great stay and will definitely stay again!

Everything was excellent to say the very least. This is possibly the one best hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I wanted for nothing our whole stay.
-
We loved staying here. It’s surprisingly a huge space for the 5 of us. The hotel is so cute and very close to the historic attractions. It’s also close to restaurants being its location is downtown.

Sr Augustine shops. We really enjoyed our stay there.
