Overall good experience!

Great location near historic district saved us from having to park in a paid parking lot downtown; yet I think they may have added an extra fee at the hotel for parking. Room not fancy but adequate and clean. Staff very kind and professional. Breakfast plain and simple at best. It was clean, but not too fancy (no scrambled eggs, waffle makers, etc.).

Good Customer service at the reception area, available coffee at all time, clean room good AC all was very nice A+++
-
Coffee was terrible. Breakfast is truly continental. Initial room smelled of mold. Was given a new room which was much better. Good for one day. There is a daily parking fee and there are nearby eateries.

Just didn't read the fine print of $26 a day parking. Can park right next door for $15 a day
-
Location was great! Comfortable beds. Decent shower Musty smell in room

Good location. Staff was helpful. Too short a stay.

The beds were huge & really comfy nothing

Location Office staff while checking in and 25 dollars a day to park a motorcycle at a hotel you paid to stay at
-
Great location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place was clean.

Breakfast did not look very appetizing so we did not eat at the hotel. $25 dollars per night parking that we were not expecting to be added on. When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm no one was at the front desk and I had to wait more than 5 minutes for the attendant to appear from off the elevator.

The room was clean. Did have to wait a little over check in time to actually check in, maybe the rooms were not ready at that point. Everything else was good though. Hotel is on the older side, but it’s pretty clean overall.

Air condition was very good, also the parking was safe.

They charged us 25 dollars a day to park. But there was a parking lot right beside the property that charged 15 a day. Second we had to leave early because of sickness and they would not reimburse some of my money I also had insurance. It will not happen again

Staff double charged my card will not be going back

The property was in a great location. We were able to walk to the old quarter and fort. For the winery and distillery we got a pass for the old town trolley which had a stop within a couple blocks. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast was a solid continental breakfast. The beds were quite firm and the bedding rather thin with no additional blanket available. There were no hot items for breakfast like meat or hot eggs.
