The beds are very firm. Wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep. Sue was amazing and super helpful.

My stay was comfortable and check-in was efficient. Despite pre-paying, An additional hold was placed on my credit card for an additional cost of 1.5 days. This charge for “incidentals” is excessive in my mind.

Nice location, staff was friendly and helpful STAINED FITTED SHEET, snagged worn box spring cover and no mattress encasement/zippered mattress protector, just an ill fitted mattress protector. It was late and we already switched rooms due to a chirping fire alarm in our room so we had to lay a towel over the sheet to not sleep on the stain. The hotel looks nice at first glance but cleanliness and sanitary issues should come first.

It is an older hotel but is very nicely maintained. The room was very clean. And quiet. I liked that I could walk to everything.

The room was clean, staff at check in as very friendly and the air conditioning in the room was GREAT! Parking was a bit limited and the pool was quite small. It was also very warm but with the size of it and the location being in the direct sun for most of the afternoon I guess that should be expected in Florida. The continental breakfast was okay but the two items that they offered as "hot" (eggs and sausage) could have been a bit more hot. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are just wanting a cool, clean room to rest your head at night.

I enjoyed the property very much. The location is perfect for walking around the town and having some drinks. There are so many places to eat and shop and the pool was very refreshing after a hot day.
