Clean room, friendly staff, good location.

At check in front desk staff was very nice and had lots of knowledge of the area… room had a horrible smell and hotel seemed like it had people living there and did not feel safe. Ended up booking a different hotel

Amazing value!!! Very clean room, very attentive staff, daily towel exchange. Close enough to easily walk to Old Town St. Augustine. Free parking at hotel, so you don't have to try to park in town (can be very tough). 357 feet from an awesome Ice Cream shop, The St. Augustine Scoop. Across the street from Our Lady of La Leche National Shrine. Surrounding neighborhood seemed safe.

The Economy Inn is an older property but had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was easy to find, located near the historic district and across the street from Trolley stop #20. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. Our room had a sitting area with 2 chairs, a desk, large size mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own parking lot with no additional charge for parking. We were offered the option of leaving our car on check-out day if we were heading into town. If you want luxury, this hotel is not for you. But for a safe, convenient, clean place to stay, it was perfect for us.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice and quiet, in a great location (10 minutes walking distance to the Fort and the historical area), free parking, extremely friendly staff. No bells and whistles and nothing fancy about it, but I would definitely stay there again.

The Room was very dirty all around. towels were stained and had what it seems to be lipstick on them, the bed was full of hair of previous users i guess, found 2 roaches in the room and the management was very unprofessional and bothered that we asked to be moved from room since they didn't want to provide a refund for us to look for another hotel in the area. Horrible experience, thank god we were there only for 1 night. Great location and rooms were clean

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. I would've given 5 stars but we found a small German roach crawling on the wall ( iykyk), so I had to take all of our bag back out to the car and go back down in the morning to grab what we needed for the day. We also had a room that was tucked in the middle and I loved that untill the people across from us started smoking.. everytime we opened our door the cigarette smell would flood our room. The bench they were sitting on to smoke was directly in front of our door. If I. remember correctly it was room 230.

Great location for exploring St Augustine.

Small parking lot, bathroom door didn't close completely,

We loved everything about it! The staff was a 13/10! The location was amazing. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable, roomy. I loved this place. I will throw hands with anyone that has anything bad to say about this place!

Where it was located It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor had potato chips and Q-tips bathtub and shower had hair in it and the floors in the bathroom were disgustingly black in areas. I don’t know how it got anybody a high rating. It was horrible. I don’t think the floors had been mopped in months.

They staff were helpdul and they accommodated us with extra towels. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable amd the room is spacious. The Inn was located only 17 minutes from downtown but it felt it was closer than that. Area was quiet. It is a placed I will most certainly stay again. I recommend it.

Nice stay

It is fairly close to downtown, but please wear your walking shoes. If you can not walk, take the hop and off trolley they offer. It was very accommodating for the ones that were with us that could walk very far. The water smelled a little, but I am guessing it is well water. I used bottled water for my coffee.

Perfectly located within historic St. Augustine (walking distance from shops + sites). Clean room & accommodating staff. Will be staying here the next time we visit.

The owner were so helpful specially with parking my vehicle since it’s oversize vehicle, the rooms were very, very clean stocked with fresh linens. It was very quiet. They went beyond to help you and any which way they could show you directions where to go best place to eat I would stay there every time I visit Saint Augustine.

Bathroom is tiny, otherwise a very nice place to stay
