Just be aware that the hotel offers complementary bikes, but they are not in conditions to be used flat tires and have rust and very dusty bikes. Mind you they have two good bikes in the front that they don’t allow you to use.

Bathroom was clean. AC worked very good especially while sleeping. Our front desk clerk when we checked in on 6/28 was a little dismissive in her attitude. Not a pleasant lady. Breakfast was good but croissants were totally DRY. Breakfast was not worth $17 that was charged. All things throughout the hotel were very clean ie, lobby, elevators, hallways etc.

Was quite taken back when I checked in and was told I had to pay additional for parking. You would think with what you pay to stay at the hotel, you could at least park your vehicle in the same lot. Especially since nothing else is included with your stay except a complimentary cookie.

Clean room, comfortable bed and located within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Helpful tip if you go on the trolly tour the last stop is across the street. Which is a bonus after a long day of walking and baking in the sun. If your lucky enough to get a parking spot don't give it up because the lot fills up quickly. Especially at night. The Japanese restaurant next door was good as well. All and all it was a good pick. A little spendy but you get what you pay for. You do have to pay for parking but you pay for parking everywhere in st Augustine.

It's a decent hotel in a good location but was rather disappointed they changed $24 a day just to park at the hotel. Never seen that nonsense before. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing also.

Everyone was friendly. Nice place at an affordable price It was not as clean. Found two large black hairs in shower and bathroom sink was clogged

Close to all attractions, clean and comfortable.

Super clean and modern. Staff was amazing. Good parking and walkable to several places to eat and the sights!

Dirty and stinky smells like old sweat. Not a Hilton experience at all. They even charge for parking and don’t tell you until check in time
