Everything. That I had to walk all the way from the St John Express station by foot/ or take an extra taxi to get to the hotel

Close to the beach and the beds were comfortable. Dirty, especially the floors, make your feet black. Old fashioned no updates, felt run down.

this hotel was amazing, staff was friendly, room was clean and the pool was amazing. its in walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Start off with cockroaches, every night they’d come out ranging in sizes from the pupil of your eye to the biggest fattest toe you have. The “amenities” are completely outdated. They give you unsecured WiFi and funny enough the tv they have for you won’t even connect to their own WiFi. Outside they left tools and insulation on the walkway. The office people seemed nice, the pool was nice and quiet.

We have stayed here several times. It’s close to the fort and clean and comfortable the pool was nice. The staff was real helpful when our coffee pot didn’t work. She got us a brand new one and put it in the room. I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like except sometimes somebody would steal my parking place, which is no big deal really

If you're trying to sleep late into the morning, it's pretty hard to, because the cleaning & laundry staff are pretty noisy & their carts make plenty of noise. And other guest can be pretty loud too. No one seems to care that some people might still be trying to sleep and the cleaning staff and lawn people make a lot of noise early in the morning.

Room was clean and well kept...Location was central to many attractions...They have a 24 hour Denny's at the hotel... Not really anything worth mentioning here...Mostly a good experience...

Great prices, Nice people, and great proximity to St. George St. and local beaches.

Check in and out was a breeze and desk staff were amazing! The rooms have definitely seen better days and could use a little refresher! Housekeeping staff was okay on the days they came to clean. Overall a safe dry place to stay with no frills.
