I was charged 30 dollars to parking their parking lot. Unheard of.

It will be perfect if the breakfast was included!!

Clean room, excellent staff nice pool and gym

1. The door to our room needed to be slammed shut in order to close properly. 2. The bathroom door did not offer much privacy, nor did it lock. 3. The room was listed as balcony with pool view - far fetched description!

This place was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and I must say the bed was great. The location was very good as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean room and helpful staff

Beautiful place to stay great location
-
Bedding smelled like perfume

We got a balcony but didn't use it at all because of cigarettes smell and because water was dripping from the a/c on top and the balcony through the entrance of the room was flooded. the floor in the room feels sticky. parking is expensive -30$. breakfast has no veggies at all but that's normal in the U.S i guess. waited a long time at night with kids (almost 2 hours) in the lobby for our room, since there was a technical issue between their system and booking.com system. no compensation offered yet from any side, (hotel , or booking.com).

Nice clean room with a great view from the balcony

Hated the bed pillows. They end up totally flat with no support.

liked the convenience to downtown and attractions. hotel was nice and clean Didn't like and wasn't advised at check in that I was going to be charged $30 for parking on the hotel property.
-
Beautiful room and hotel. Upscale accommodations without the price. I would definitely stay here again

Overall great stay, the staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful! They offered breakfast for a fee and it was good option, my family and I had breakfast our last morning there and it was pretty good. Rooms were really clean and they are dog friendly!

$30 a day to park after paying dearly for a room?? This charge was not explained to us and then shows up on our bill. I would have parked on the street if I had known. This is a total rip- off! Parking fee
