the facilities are top notch lets start with breakfast which isn't included , one hr wait for our partners breakfast one and a half for ours, room service cleaned the rooms took all the used towels and did not replace them, nor the coffee pods we used or cups! next parking huge parking lot that costs 30 per day and this hotel is about 1.5 miles from downtown! also had a health emergency at home tried to cancel , would have cost one days price per room

The balcony didn’t drain very well from the rain, there were blood spots on our pillows and sheets, and all of the usb plug ins did not work in our room.

Hotel staff walked in on us unannounced while we’re changing. I also would not recommend dining at the onsite restaurant. We were also double charged for our room and no refunded. Pretty disappointed as this hotel is in a great location and the staff seems very nice. Hotel is not on par with comparable Hiltons and the price point seems predatory for what you actually get.

Did not have breakfast but it did look very good and many guest were enjoying it. We did not eat because we were have lunch at the Fish House which was excellent. Nothing, its a great place. We would defiantly stay there again.

Checked us in to a room that had not been cleaned. When they gave us another room, the manager advised they would credit 50.00 towards the room rate. When I checked out after waiting at an empty front desk for a considerable amount of time, it was noted that no credit had been given. This then took more time to have it corrected. otherwise a good stay, clean hotel, friendly staff.

The $30 a day for parking is crazy literally the beds are not sleep worthy at all $15.99 for a regular breakfast that you get that free at other hotels it was not worth it at all but other then that 5.7 out of 10

Beds were a little hard but clean. I didn’t like the barn style bathroom door. There’s a big crack other room guest can see through and very little privacy.
