Pool was out of service one day.

Rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful.

The room was quiet. Everything was clean. The bathroom door did not close, which was fine for my friend and I but if I was with someone I felt less comfortable with it would have been a huge issue. The door to the room was also hard to open and sometimes needed a few tries. The outlet did not work between the beds.

The room was up to date, clean and cool. The hotel was very clean. The lobby smelled wonderful. The only downside was that the second elevator was out of order. We would definitely stay there again perfect location.

Location Shower tray was a slip hazard, either put a larger shower mat or upgrade the tray to a non slip one.

The room had a smell, the elevator was broken, the convenience shop was not well supplied and was very expensive, breakfast was mediocre. The soap dispenser of the lavatory was loose from the wall.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was also close to area attractions and provided a shuttle to downtown.

The hotel was great. I thought I had booked closer to the walking district. In a cool day it would have been fine but it was HOT. The hotel is wonderful though.

Staff was nice, location is good. Did not feel clean, the fridge smelled horrible, the sheets looked like they were not laundered. Would pass on this one.

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, the pool was great, breakfast was good and overall the building was in good condition.
