I really enjoyed the stay, the only improvement I would suggest that would set the hotel apart from otbers in the area is "adults only" pool access after 10 pm. I would be willing to pay an extra $20 to enjoy the pool between 10 pm and 1 am without kids playing around the deck and splashing into the hot tub while i am trying to relax.

Other than that, the room was very clean and well maintained. The pool area, however, needs quite a bit of maintenance. There were noticeable stains around the pool, and the furniture is very outdated. I feel the pool area would benefit from more regular maintenance and updated furniture to improve the overall appearance and guest experience.

Check-in person was very nice. The cost for two small dogs -$50 - was almost as much as the room itself. We also had to pay a $15 resort fee onsite. No breakfast included. We were put in a room around the back, which would have been fine, if it weren’t for the freight trains that run frequently right alongside the back of the hotel. Otherwise, it’s in a convenient location; you can walk to several restaurants and it’s not far into the downtown. There is a Lain restaurant onsite, but we didn’t eat there.

Third time here great property have another trip in the next couple months for my birthday, can't wait to come back

It is a bit older hotel, but it's very well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's perfectly located, you could easily walk to the Old City and other nearby area attractions. It is up against railroad tracks, but fortunately even when trains are passing, the noise isn't much above the air conditioner. All in all, great place to stay, will definitely stay again

Price, staff was friendly and it was cool and comfy. The coffee maker/coffee was pretty awful. Made a mess making it and it tasted horrible.
-
Room was dated and Railroad directly behind our room.
-
Being on the ground floor right at the pool was great Hot tub wouldn’t stay on or hot properly
-
Cleaning personal works to late I'm ready to relax at 6:00 pm and staff are still cleaning rooms after that

Great location. Nice pool area, family friendly.

One of the highlights of our stay was De Leon Cocina, the restaurant located at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious!
-
Everything is on the other side of the road.

The rooms in the back are also close to the water. As such, we saw a few very small crabs near the room and one was actually in our room. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant. I always look forward to eating the very delicious Latin/Colombian cuisine. The staff were all very nice and they had cookies in the afternoons. Overall, I was happy with the cleanliness of the room.

The staff was really friendly, they were definitely a highlight. The facilities were good and the room was nice. The location was a bit farther than I thought, but I was walking to town and this is my fault for not paying attention. The water was also weird, but that is a St. Augustine issue.
