It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Everything is on the other side of the road.

The rooms in the back are also close to the water. As such, we saw a few very small crabs near the room and one was actually in our room. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant. I always look forward to eating the very delicious Latin/Colombian cuisine. The staff were all very nice and they had cookies in the afternoons. Overall, I was happy with the cleanliness of the room.

The staff was really friendly, they were definitely a highlight. The facilities were good and the room was nice. The location was a bit farther than I thought, but I was walking to town and this is my fault for not paying attention. The water was also weird, but that is a St. Augustine issue.

Great experience start to finish! Staff was incredible, helpful, friendly and all around elevated our stay. Comfy beds and cool ac with black out curtains was a plus!

Great value and overall very nice place to stay. Hot tub in pool area could run longer and breakfast options would be nice. There were places to eat across a busy thoroughfare that were too dangerous to cross because of no crosswalk. Also room was a little damp at times with higher humidity. Still recommend highly if don’t need to stay downtown.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the property did not feel clean or well cared for. Traveling with a child made the experience even more concerning, as I did not feel comfortable with the environment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. I hope the management invests in improving the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The location was good. The restaurant was delicious and staff was awesome. Room could be updated, and needed more storage. Restaurant bar should stay open til at least 9 pm.
